Architectural and constructive part

The main building of the police department. Degree of fire resistance - II. Constructive fire hazard class - C0 Functional fire hazard class - F4.3 Planned area - 405,0 m2 Construction volume -8500 m3. The maximum building height is 13,4 m. according to SNiP 21-01-97* - 8,300 m. The main building of the police department is designed as a three-story building with a basement. Structural diagram of a building with longitudinal-transverse load-bearing brick walls. Floor slabs and coatings form a hard disk due to their "combining" with each other by anchoring according to series 2.240-1, issue 6. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of load-bearing brick walls and reinforced concrete floor slabs. The foundation of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 400 mm thick, with monolithic reinforced concrete basement walls 380 mm wide (concrete B25, W6, F100). The load-bearing elements of the building involved in ensuring the overall stability and geometric stability of the building in case of fire include longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls 380 mm thick made of solid brick. The fire resistance limit is at least 2 hours, the fire spread limit is 0. Ceilings - prefabricated reinforced concrete. The fire resistance limit is not less than 0,75 hours. Fire spread limit - 0. The cover is prefabricated reinforced concrete. The fire resistance limit is not less than 0,75 hours, the fire spread limit is 0. The internal walls of the stairwells are brick, 250, 380 mm thick. The fire resistance limit is not less than 2 hours. Fire spread limit - 0. Marches and platforms of stairs - reinforced concrete. Fire resistance limit not less than 1 hour. Fire spread limit - 0. Flat roof made of rolled materials with an internal drain. The waterproofing carpet of the roof is made of rolled materials with a flammability group of at least G2 and a flame spread of at least RP 3. Considering that the flammability group of the base under the roof is NG (reinforced concrete floor slab) and the roof area is less than 3000 m2, gravel backfilling of the roof is not provided (clause 10.3 of MDS 21-1.98). Roof exit doors are fireproof with a fire resistance rating of EI 30. The room of the ventilation chamber located in the basement, in accordance with the requirements of clause 13.6 of SNiP 41.01-2003, is allocated with fire barriers with a fire resistance limit of REI 45 and filling the doorway with EI 30. In accordance with 7.23* of SNiP 21-01-97*, according to the technology, stairs are provided for communication between the basement floor and the first floor. They are not taken into account when evacuating. The project provides for the allocation of these stairs with fireproof partitions of the 1st type with the device of a tambour-lock with air overpressure in case of fire. Doors installed in fire barriers are equipped with self-closing devices. When laying cable lines, pipelines, air ducts through fire barriers (walls, partitions, ceilings), the gaps between them must be sealed with non-combustible materials that provide the rated fire resistance limit of the crossed barrier, and smoke and gas tightness.
