Purpose and basic layout solutions

This project provides for a club motorcycle center "BMW" designed for storage and motorcycle equipment and leisure activities for members of the club. The building of the planned club motorcycle center "BMW" is intended: Consultations on driving skills and advanced training. Leisure activities (training room and exhibition halls). The building being designed does not provide for the storage of gas-balloon motor vehicles (running on gas fuel). The building of the club motorcycle center "BMW" provides for the placement of warehouses. The layout of the premises is based on the accepted technology, the placement of exhibition halls equipment, the functional purpose of the premises, and the technical conditions for construction. The building is divided into the following main functional areas: storage area (storerooms); exhibition halls of motorcycles; administrative area; Gym; exhibition and showrooms. The premises of the exhibition and demonstration halls are located on the first floor of the building and are intended for exhibitions of motor vehicles with an idle engine (without its demonstration with the engine turned on), artwork (airbrushing of motor equipment elements, equipment, accessories, etc.). Manual car washes are designed for washing cars without entering the exhibition hall, as well as washing the inventory of exhibition halls and exhibition samples (motor vehicles). Washing of the above equipment is provided at specialized manual washing stations with local treatment facilities for recycled washing water. The warehouse area includes storerooms and warehouses designed for storing equipment, inventory, and films of the club motorcycle center on shelving racks. The project provides for the placement of exhibition halls with a total capacity of 67 motorcycles. The designed premises of the exhibition halls of motor vehicles, equipment and accessories provide for the movement of motor vehicles to storage places.

Architectural and space-planning solutions

The building of the motorcycle center has a complex configuration in terms of plan, it consists of one-two-story volumes adjoining each other, without a basement. The height of the building is 12 meters. On the first floor of the building at el. 0,000 provides for the placement of exhibition halls for motor vehicles and related products, auxiliary, office and technical premises. On the second floor of the building at elevations +4,200 and +6,600, a gym, wardrobes, a complex of cafe premises, study rooms, administrative, service and technical premises are provided. At elevation +2,950 there is a built-in boiler room with an isolated exit via an external metal staircase L3. For vertical communication between floors and evacuation in the building, the following are designed: stairwells L1 with access to the street; lifts with a capacity of 250 kg in the cafe area. The cover is flat, combined with an internal organized drain. Filling of window openings - metal-plastic window blocks and stained-glass windows with double-glazed windows. External walls - hinged sandwich panels filled with mineral wool boards and a front layer of composite panels. Partitions - from aerated concrete blocks, gypsum boards on a metal frame filled with mineral wool boards, in rooms with a wet regime - from moisture-resistant gypsum boards. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises from materials that have hygienic and fire certificates. The project provides for measures to ensure the life of people with limited mobility (ramps, bathrooms).

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building was designed according to a mixed constructive scheme. The frame columns are steel, sections are made of pipes 200x8, 250x8 according to GOST 30245-2003, pipes 377x8 according to GOST 10704-91 and I-beam 40K1 according to STO ASCHM 20-93. The columns are designed with variable pitch. Steel C245. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs on profiled flooring 180 mm thick on metal beams. Floor beams - from I-beams 30B140B1 according to STO ASChM 20-93 from steel S245. Concrete floor slabs B20. Covering - steel trusses with a span of ~15 m with a variable pitch, made of closed bent-welded profiles (upper chord - from □ 160x4, lower chord - from □ 120x5, lattice - from □ 100x4 according to GOST 30245-2003, steel C345), on which they rely purlins from I-beams 35B1 and profiled flooring H75. Vertical braces of the frame rigidity - cross - from closed bent-welded profiles. The outer walls of the building are hinged "sandwich" panels 150 mm thick, the walls of the staircases are brick 250 mm thick made of M150 bricks on the M100 mortar, insulated with sandwich panels 150 mm thick. Internal load-bearing walls - brick with a thickness of 250380 mm from brick M150 on mortar M100. Partitions are aerated concrete 120 mm thick and plasterboard on a metal frame 200 mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the frame, vertical braces and floor hard disks. The calculation of load-bearing structures and foundations was performed on a computer using the SCAD Office v.11.3 program and manually using the SNiP formulas. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete and metal steps on steel stringers. The foundations of the building are a monolithic ribbed reinforced concrete slab 300 mm thick with ribs in both directions 900 mm high and 800,1200 wide, 1600 mm in concrete B25, W6, F100. Under the foundation slab, a sand cushion 6,39,9 m thick is provided. To excavate the soil, a pit is made under the protection of a sheet piling made of Arcelor HZ975D-24/AZ 18 sheet piling. A relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to an absolute elevation of +2,600 m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the sand cushion is fine sands of medium density with an admixture of organic matter with e=0.75, φ=35°, E=330kg/cm2 and light silty fluid loams with φ=13°, E= 65kg/cm2. Estimated soil resistance (sand cushion) R=2,0 kg/cm2, pressure on the sand cushion p=0,44 kg/cm2. The maximum groundwater level is near the daylight surface. Groundwater is slightly aggressive to concrete of normal permeability in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, W6 concrete and coated waterproofing were used. The expected average settlement of the building is ~9,8 cm.
