Construction site of the building of the shopping and entertainment complex for the sale of cars. The simple, concise and straightforward volume of the building under construction repeats the shape of the site. The layout of the structure according to the set of premises is completely determined by the design assignment and the requirements of the technology conditions. On a plot with an area of ​​17 m996, the project provides for the construction of a “Multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex for the sale of cars.” The height of the building is 2 m. The interior walls are made of lightweight structures. The roof is flat. The device of the "Roof" boiler room and ventilation chambers is provided.

Architectural and space planning solutions

The designed complex has a rectangular shape in plan. For a conditional mark of 0,000, the mark of the finished floor of the first floor was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 19.95 in the Baltic system of heights. The dimensions in the plan in the extreme axes are 48,200 x 64,200, the height to the top of the parapet from the level of the planning mark of the adjacent territory is 9,740, to the parapet of the staircase and the boiler room is 13,320 m. External walls - sandwich panels 150 mm thick. Flat combined, roof-roll in the internal drain. The interior of the building is divided into two volumes. In a smaller volume, located along the main facade of the building, the following are designed: an exhibition hall with a car pick-up area, office space, and sanitary facilities. On the mezzanine in the exhibition hall, office space, sanitary facilities, a children's entertainment corner, a cafe (bar) are designed. In the second volume, at the level of the first floor, there is a production area for the presented preparation of cars with car washes, warehouses, a foreman's room, a pantry for cleaning equipment, technical rooms (water metering unit, main switchboard). At the level of the second floor there are office premises, a rest room and a bar counter, wardrobes, sanitary facilities, showers, an archive, a pantry for cleaning equipment and a ventilation chamber. For communication with the second floor and mezzanines located in the exhibition hall and in the production part, stairwells and open stairs are provided. The height of the mezzanine railings, external stairs, flights and platforms of internal stairs is 1,2 m. Premises with a permanent stay of people have either side or top natural lighting. The entrance to the complex is designed from the side of the main facade. For disabled people to access the exhibition hall, the project documentation provides for the installation of ramps. Special requirements for the organization of workplaces for the disabled are not provided in accordance with the customer's assignment. The building is equipped with all necessary engineering equipment. Partitions are provided from sandwich panels 150 mm thick. The internal partitions of sanitary units and shower rooms are framed with mineral wool filling and sheathed with two sheets of moisture-resistant gypsum board. The interior decoration of the premises is provided in accordance with the purpose of the premises. The design of the floor of premises with a wet mode of operation provides for a waterproofing device - "Technoelast".

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II (normal). The building is divided by an expansion joint into two blocks. The structural scheme of the building is a full bonded steel frame. The frame columns are designed according to a grid of 6,0 x 12,0 m and 4,0 x 21,0 m. The columns are bent closed welded square sections according to GOST 30245-2003 from S245 steel. The junction of columns with foundations is hinged. Floor beams above the first floor - steel normal and wide-shelf I-beams according to STO ASCHM 20-93 from steel S245. The node supporting the main beams on the columns and the secondary beams on the main ones is hinged. The ceiling above the first floor is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 120 mm thick made of class B25 concrete on steel beams. The load-bearing structures of the coating are trapezoidal roof trusses in spans of 21,7 m, 21,1 m, 12,1 m and steel beams. Coating - profiled steel flooring H57-750-0.8 and H75-750-0.9 according to GOST 24045-94. Roof trusses are designed from bent closed welded square sections in accordance with GOST 30245-2003 from S345 steel. Steel roof beams - normal and wide-shelf I-beams according to STO ASChM 20-93 from steel C245. The support unit of the truss trusses and roof beams on the columns is adopted as a hinged one. The spatial invariability of the pavement disk is ensured by the installation of horizontal braces along the lower chord of the trusses, a system of horizontal ties along the upper chord of the trusses, and fastening of the corrugated coating in the extreme spans in each wave with combined rivets, in the middle spans - through the wave. In the area where the beams are located, the profiled flooring is laid directly on the upper chords of the beams, in the area where the trusses are located - on the upper chords of the girders. External enclosing walls - non-bearing wall panels of the "Sandwich" type with a thickness of 150 mm. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building frame is ensured by the joint work of the columns, the system of vertical ties and the floor and roof disks. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers. The walls of the stairwells are load-bearing brick, 380 mm thick. The calculation of the supporting structures of the frame was carried out in the SCAD 11.3 software package, the base - in Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional. The maximum horizontal movement of the top of the building is 12,0 mm, the maximum expected design settlement is 5,0 cm, the relative difference in settlements is 0.0002, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The required fire resistance of the load-bearing frame structures is ensured by plastering on a 40 mm thick mesh (steel columns, stair stringers and steel floor beams) and painting with fire retardants (steel beams and roof trusses). Foundations - a monolithic reinforced concrete ribbed slab on a natural base made of concrete of class B25, W8, F100. The ribs are 600 mm high, the thickness of the slab in the span is 200 mm. Under the grillages, concrete preparation 80 mm thick made of B10 class concrete is provided. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the basis of the pile foundation is EGE-1 (plastic silty sandy loam), which has the following characteristics: ρn=2,08 t/m3; e=0,555; n=29о; cn=0,17 kg/cm2; E=145 kg/cm2. Average ground pressure - 0,5 kg / cm2, the design resistance of the base soil - 1,48 kg / cm2. The relative mark of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 19.95. The maximum level of groundwater is expected during periods of heavy snowmelt and precipitation at absolute levels of 19.40 - 19.60. Groundwater is moderately aggressive in relation to concrete of normal permeability. In order to protect the foundation slab from the impact of groundwater, it is planned to use concrete of reduced water permeability, surfaces; in contact with the ground are treated with bituminous mastic twice. The existing development does not fall within the 30-meter zone of influence of the 1st stage of construction. The service life of the load-bearing structures of the structure and the structures of the enclosing walls is at least 50 years.
