Structural and space-planning solutions

The pool building consists of two blocks separated by an expansion joint. The transition structures between the pool building and the existing school building are cut off from the buildings by expansion joints. The pool building is designed according to the frame structural scheme. The transverse and longitudinal stability and rigidity of the building is ensured by rigid pinching of the columns into the foundation, the presence of stiffening cores formed by the walls of the stairwells and vertical steel ties in combination with hard disks of floors and roofs. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete from B25 concrete; section of columns 400 x 400 mm, 400 x 600 mm and 400 x 700 mm. The walls of the stairwells are made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25 with a thickness of 240 mm. The outer walls of the basement floor are made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25; W6; F100 300 mm thick with external insulation and, above ground level, with porcelain stoneware cladding. Ceilings and roofing - monolithic reinforced concrete beam slabs 200 mm thick with longitudinal and transverse beams section 400 x 350 (h) mm and 500 x 900 (h) mm (above the small pool room) from B25 concrete. The roof above the room of the larger pool and the dry swimming hall is prestressed reinforced concrete ribbed decking slabs with a rib height of 700 mm, a span of 15,35 m, supported by monolithic reinforced concrete beams with a section of 700x600 (h) mm made of B25 concrete. Overlapping and covering in the transition zone - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 200 mm thick made of B25 concrete. External walls of the above-ground part of the building: non-bearing - with floor-by-floor support on floor slabs, from a layer of solid brick Ml00 on mortar M50 250 mm thick, a layer of insulation with external cladding with a ventilated facade system; hinged - three-layer "sandwich" - panels 300 mm thick, with fastening to the frame columns and half-timbered elements, and, partially, in the form of stained glass glazing. The design solutions provide for the fastening of brick walls to the supporting structures of the building. Structural solutions for fastening the ventilated facade system to the supporting structures of the building are developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. The pools are designed in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete bowls made of B25 concrete; W6 resting on monolithic reinforced concrete walls 400 mm thick and columns with a section of 400 x 400 mm. Stairs - from monolithic reinforced concrete B25. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 7.60. The foundations of the designed swimming pool building and the transition are taken on a pile foundation. Piles - bored reinforced concrete, carried out according to the "Fundex" technology; pile diameter 450/560 mm; working length of piles 18,0 m and 19,0 m; absolute offset of the tip of the piles - minus 14.00 m and minus 15.00 m; concrete B25; W6; F100 on sulfate resistant cement. Grillage - in the form of a slab 450 mm thick and, in the transition zone, in the form of a ribbon grillage 450 mm high, united along the top with a slab 200 mm thick, made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25; W6; F100. Conjugation of piles and growth-verka is rigid. Concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided under the grillages. Estimated load on piles 80 tf. At the base of the tip of the piles there are silty sandy loam with interlayers of plastic sand (IGE-8) with design characteristics: E=100 kg/cm; e=0,611; IL=0,57. The design load on the pile was adopted based on the results of probing. Before the mass installation of piles, to check the bearing capacity, tests of piles with a static load are provided. The structures of ramps and porches made of monolithic reinforced concrete are cut off from the structures of the building with an expansion joint. In order to protect underground structures from groundwater and premises from dampness, design solutions provide for coating waterproofing of concrete structures in contact with the ground, the use of W6 concrete, internal coating waterproofing of walls and grillage slabs with the Lakhta composition, installation of waterstops in expansion and working joints . The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the SCAD 11.3 software package. The expected settlement of the building is 4,3 cm. The survey of the building structures of the school building, located at a distance of 10,0 meters from the designed pool building, has been completed. The building is assigned to the 2nd category of technical condition.
