General information.

The building of the Palace of Culture was made according to the standard project 2s-06-6/69, the building is divided into two building volumes - a three-story volume of the main building in the axes "A-L / 1-19" with a towering stage box and a two-story sports hall placed in a separate volume in axes "Н-Р / 14-22", interconnected by a transitional gallery. Each of the volumes in the plan has a shape close to a rectangle. The basement is made in the axes "V-L / 1-19". The dimensions of the building in the axes are 55,1 x 96,2 m along the alphabetic and numeric axes, respectively. The maximum height of the building from the planning ground level is 25 m. Structurally, the building is made according to a combined scheme (incomplete frame), with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing brick walls, brick pillars and reinforced concrete frames formed by columns and crossbars. The main entrance group of the building is located on the A-B/11-19 axes and is organized on the ground floor. Communication between the floors is carried out by four stairs - in the axes "D-E / 1-2", "A-B / 6-7", "V-D / 17-19" and "K-L / 17-19". The foundations are made of strip and columnar, from prefabricated reinforced concrete wall and foundation blocks, pillows, as well as from monolithic reinforced concrete. The outer walls of the building are made of brick from slotted ceramic bricks with facing in ½ front slotted bricks. Internal walls and partitions are made of ceramic bricks. Window and door lintels are made of reinforced concrete and reinforcing bars. The structures of interfloor floors and roofing (except for the roof above the stage and the auditorium) are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels with oval and round voids. Some sections of interfloor ceilings are made monolithic. The covering over the large and small auditoriums is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs. The roof is flat. Drain organized internal. A rolled deposited material serves as a waterproofing carpet of the roof. On the roof there are exits of ventilation pipes made of brickwork. The window openings are filled with wooden and aluminum frames with double glazing.
