General information.

The purpose of the object is a residential building (dormitory). The existing building from 1967 is not a cultural heritage site. The building is a 15-storey panel-frame building with a basement under the entire building, built according to a standard project of the 1-MG-601 / Zh series (unified frame). Functional fire hazard class F 1.3. Plinth - expanded clay concrete blocks with ceramic tiles; protection with a ventilated facade made of porcelain stoneware. External walls - expanded clay concrete blocks with ceramic tiles; protection with a ventilated facade made of porcelain stoneware. Interfloor ceilings - hollow-reinforced concrete 140-160mm thick. Partitions - gypsum concrete, 80 mm thick. Interfloor staircases are two-flight, from prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms; smoke-free. The blind area around the house is asphalt 800 mm wide. Above the upper residential floor is the technical floor. The roof is flat rolled, with an organized internal drain. The load-bearing structures of the house are the internal inter-apartment longitudinal and transverse, frame (2-storey columns 400x400 mm), as well as the walls of the stairwells. The spatial rigidity of the building is provided by intersectional and end walls, an internal frame, as well as stairwells. Window fillings are wooden. The door block of the entrance to the entrance is metal, equipped with a combination lock and a door closer. Heating of the house is water, centralized. Ventilation supply and exhaust, natural. Cold water supply is centralized, from the city water supply network. Electricity is supplied from the existing transformer substation.
