The building is a complex, Y-shaped in plan, the volume of three-story block-sections of group cells, united by a two-three-story administrative and utility block. Dimensions of the building in axes - 68,74 x 55,5 m. Under the entire building, a technical underground (floor level - 2.4m) and a basement (floor level - 3.0m) are designed, in which there is a supply ventilation chamber and a storage room for pool disinfectants. A place has been allocated for the placement of a heat and water metering unit. The project is designed to accommodate 12 groups (220 seats): 1. 4 groups for young children (total 60 places): 1 group for children from 1 to 1.5 years old - 15 places, 1 group for children from 1.5 to 2 years old - 15 places, 2 groups for children from 2 to 3 years old - 30 places. 2. 7 groups for preschool children (140 places}: 2 groups for children from 3 to 4 years old (2 x 20 places), 2 groups for children from 4 to 5 years old (2 x 20 places), 2 groups for children from 5 to 6 years old (2 x 20 places), 1 group for children from 6 to 7 years old (20 places) 1 short stay group (for 20 places) The height of the above-ground floors of the building is 3,30 m On the first floor of the building there are: entrance (with a round-the-clock duty post, a wardrobe for visitors, wheelchairs and sledges), where a ramp leads, providing an entrance to the building for visitors with limited mobility, 4 isolated blocks of group cells for young children (for 15 places each), respectively: for children under 1.5 years old, from 1.5 to 2 years old, from 2 to 3 years old (2 groups), catering premises, (food is delivered to the 2nd and 3rd floors using a small freight elevator, with a carrying capacity of 100kg), a dining hall for 40 seats is provided (with the possibility of dividing a transformable partition into 2 compartments for 20 places each) with washrooms, a medical block with an isolator for 2 boxes (2 infections) and a treatment room located directly at the exit from the building, a massage and physiotherapy room, a swimming pool block with a 3x7m bath, having a layout that provides the possibility of autonomous operation. The swimming pool is intended for carrying out water procedures, hardening and teaching swimming to their own contingent of preschool children, as well as, in agreement with the local sanitary and epidemiological supervision and education authorities, children living in this microdistrict. The hall with a bathroom 3x7m is surrounded on 3 sides by auxiliary rooms. Nurse's rooms, trainer's rooms, baby showers have a direct connection with the pool hall. The bath has a variable depth of 0,6-0,8m. The pool is designed to work for 8 hours daily with a 2-hour break for lunch. No more than 10 people can enter the bath at the same time (children's subgroup). On the second floor, there are: 3 isolated blocks of group cells for preschool children for 20 places each (2 junior and middle preschool groups}, an isolated block of a group cell for a short stay group for 20 places (the location of the cell of a short stay group is determined by the administration of the preschool institution, t .To. the composition of the premises and the equipment of the cells of the group of preschool children and the group of short-term stay is the same), a double-height hall for music classes, as well as children's holidays, sports and fitness rooms with changing rooms and bathrooms, rooms for developing activities with children - an artistic manual labor room, a theater workshop, information center (library, mini-museum), a block of laundry rooms for washing children's linen (if necessary), as well as washing small batches of table linen. Equipment that can be placed on the roof - a sandbox and a swing, as well as benches and flower beds. In winter, it is convenient to hold “snow sculpture” holidays on the exploited roof, decorate the Christmas tree, and in spring and summer teach children to take care of container plants that winter in the relaxation hall with a “winter garden”. On hot days, the operated roof can serve as a solarium, and an inflatable splashing pool can also be placed there. In the decoration of facades, vapor-permeable painting is used on thin plaster reinforced with fiberglass mesh. Plinth, walls of pits, entrances to the basement, ramps and walls of porches - facing with porcelain stoneware, steps - facing with granite with a polished (rough) surface. Joiner's products: doors (with continuous filling of a board) - are revetted with plastic in factory conditions; windows - wood-aluminum blocks, consisting of an outer single-chamber double-glazed window and an inner single glass, i.e. triple glazing. The outer walls of the building from the level of the top of the foundation slab to the level of +0.150 are insulated with PSB-s slabs (y = 40 kg / m0.05 X = 2 W / m120oS) 120 mm thick, protected by brickwork 50 mm thick, plastered with cement-sand mortar Ml20 0.150 mm thick. External walls of the above-ground part of the building with elev. 175 to the top of the friezes are insulated with mineral wool hydrophobized plates "Facade BATTS" 150 mm thick (y \u0.045d 2 kg / m10, X \u3d 7 W / m0,6 ° C), plastered with reinforced cement-sand mortar 0,8 mm thick. The bathtub of the built-in pool is made in monolithic reinforced concrete and has dimensions: 25x240m and a depth of 400 to 8m.
