General information.

The existing building of the kindergarten was built according to the standard project 2Lg-04-11, it is a two-story building. On the ground floor there are entrance groups to the building, a hall, a number of rooms for 3 group children's cells (cloakrooms, group rooms, bedrooms, toilet rooms, pantry rooms), a pool room, medical facilities, a laundry room, catering facilities, vertical communications - stairwells. On the second floor there are a number of rooms for 4 group children's cells (locker rooms, group rooms, bedrooms, toilet rooms, pantry rooms), music and sports halls, staff rooms, club rooms. The existing constructive scheme is a frame one. A spatial frame consisting of reinforced concrete columns with a section of 250x300 mm, prefabricated reinforced concrete beams 250x350 mm, and reinforced concrete floor and roof slabs serves as the supporting system of the building. External wall fencing - brick and expanded clay concrete panels with internal insulation (thickness 300 mm.). The planning structure of the building is preserved by the project with the following changes: a) the medical block consists of a reception room, a medical office, an isolation room, a treatment room, a toilet with a place for preparing disinfectants; b) in the pool area, in addition to the existing pool bowl (whose height is reduced to 650 mm.), a "Brook" (water procedures) was designed. 2 locker rooms for boys and girls are adjacent to the pool area, each of which is equipped with a sanitary unit (bathroom and shower tray); c) the laundry room consists of a washing room, an ironing room and a room for sorting dirty linen; d) new functional saturation of rooms and offices: a workshop, a massage room, a psychologist's office, a psychological unloading room, etc.
