General information.

The school was built according to standard design 2-02-659, a two-story, brick, basement-less building with a combined roof, complex shape with maximum axial dimensions of 103,99x74,42 m. Under the floor of the 1st floor there is a passage technical channel for laying utilities. The year of construction of the building is 1963. At the time of the inspection, the building is being used in accordance with its functional purpose. The structural design of the building is with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls with hard disks of interfloor slabs and a combined covering. The loads from the coating and interfloor ceiling are transferred to the load-bearing walls and then to the strip foundation. The multi-level parts of the building are separated by expansion joints along the entire height. Foundations The foundations of the building are strip foundations, made of prefabricated concrete blocks of the FBS type, laid on a monolithic reinforced concrete strip and monolithic reinforced concrete. The blind area around the perimeter of the building is asphalt concrete. The basement is brick, plastered. The external and internal walls of the building are made of ceramic bricks with dimensions of 250x120x65mm on cement-sand mortar with the outer surface of the walls facing from silicate brick.
