General information.

The cinema building was made according to the standard project 2-06-06, has a shape consisting of three rectangular blocks, 1 block (axes "V-I" - "1-4"), 2 block (axes "A-L" - "4 -6"), 3 block (axes “B-Z” - “6-12”). The 1st block is two-story with a basement. The 2nd block is one-story, 7,305 m high, with a basement floor. The 3rd block is one-story, the floor has a slope. The building was intended for a cinema. Strip foundations for walls and columns. Made from sawn limestone of shell rock, lined with limestone from the Inkerman deposit, no cracks or falls are observed, the condition is satisfactory. The plinth is made of sawn limestone, shell rock, lined with stone from the deposit. Floors made of monolithic reinforced concrete. On the attic floor there are additional reinforced concrete beams supported by reinforced concrete columns coming from the basement. The basement floors are concrete, the ground floor floors are the entrance hall and the adjoining rooms have a mosaic terrazzo floor. The foyer is parquet, the cinema hall is boardwalk with carpeting. On the second floor there are concrete floors lined with ceramic tiles. The bathrooms have ceramic tiles. The stairs are made on metal stringers from I-beam 16, painted with oil paint, with partial damage to the surface layer, the condition is satisfactory. The porches are made of stone blocks of Krymbal stone; re-laying is required. The multi-slope roofing system is made of both wooden rafters and metal trusses, on which metal purlins are installed, and wooden rafters and sheathing rest on them. There are connections to the upper and lower chords of the trusses; there are vertical connections along the ridge direction. Exit to blood coverage is provided through dormer windows. The drainage system has irregularities and there are deformations in the drainpipes. The asphalt concrete pavement surface fits close to the plinth and is in satisfactory condition. The facade of the building is made in a classical style. The entire façade is lined with stone from the Inkerman deposit. The building stands on a stylobate. The entrance portal consists of columns and pilasters of the Ionic order. Along the perimeter of the building, the walls are completed with a crowning cornice carved from stone. Windows and doors are paneled from hardwood. The entrance doors are framed with carved ligature, crowned with sandrik. Above the windows are sandriks carved from stone. On the eastern facade there is an elliptical rotunda made of an entablature supported by columns of the Ionic order and enclosed by a balustrade.
