 Structural and space-planning solutions

A survey of the structures of the reconstructed building, which housed the cinema "Priboy", was carried out. In accordance with the technical conclusion on the examination of existing structures, the cinema building was built in 1965 according to the project OJSC "LenNIIproekt" according to the frame-wall structural scheme. The building is 1-3-storey with a basement in the form of a stylobate. In 1987, the building underwent a selective overhaul. At the time of the survey, the building is in operation. The constructive scheme of the building is frame-wall. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the longitudinal and transverse walls and the frame with floor and roof disks. External walls - load-bearing, made of clay bricks on a cement-sand mortar, 510-780 mm thick, with an estimated masonry resistance of 1,5 MPa. Cracks in the walls of the stairs with an opening of up to 4 mm were formed due to temperature deformations, different workloads of the walls and uneven settlement of the foundations. The general condition of the walls is operable, the walls of the stairs in the axes "1-3" are partially operable. Internal walls - load-bearing, made of clay bricks, 510 mm thick. Columns: reinforced concrete - section 400 x 400 mm; from steel plastered pipes filled with concrete, 350 mm in diameter (in the foyer, at the entrances to the hall - with a diameter of 450 mm), stage supports - from hollow steel pipes with a diameter of 540 mm. Beams - monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 400 x 400-600 (h) mm, supported by columns and walls. Concrete B30. Ceilings - prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed and hollow core slabs. Concrete B25. The general condition of the ceilings is operational, the stylobate ceiling is in emergency condition. Balconies - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs 120 mm thick on reinforced concrete beams and concrete filling on steel welded beams with two walls of variable height. Reinforced concrete beams - single-span, variable height, with a one-sided console with a reach of 1,83 m, with a step of 3,05 m. .24 m A suspended ceiling is fixed along the lower belt of the trusses. The farms are in disrepair. Part of the cover is with wooden rafters. The general condition of the coating is operational. Elements of stairs - prefabricated steps on steel stringers. The steps of the stylobate are partially destroyed. The foundations of the walls are strip foundations, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation slabs and foundation wall blocks, with the bottom deepened by 2,7 m from the ground. Foundations - from concrete B20. The foundations are in working condition. The base of foundations and foundations are able to perceive an increase in existing loads by 6% -8%. According to the data of dynamic sounding of soils and laboratory determinations, silty sands from loose to medium density with an admixture of organic matter lie at the base of the foundations with the following characteristics: φII = 26-30°, c = 0–0,04 kg/cm2, e = 1,07 -0,622 with design resistance 1,63-2,42 kg/cm2. Stress at the base of foundations is 1,11-1,55 kg/cm2. In accordance with engineering and geological surveys, groundwater is not aggressive to concrete of normal permeability. The maximum position of the groundwater level is at a depth of 1,0 m from the earth's surface. Groundwater is slightly aggressive in terms of hydrogen index to concrete of normal permeability. A verification calculation of the preserved existing structures was carried out. The calculation has established that the bearing capacity of walls, columns, ceilings, foundations is sufficient to absorb existing and design loads, except for emergency structures that are recommended to be replaced. The category of the technical condition of the existing building is 2. The project documentation provides for the reconstruction of the auditorium: replacement of the stage slab and floor slab of the hall. The ceiling is a slab of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick supported by brick walls. Concrete B30, reinforcement A400, A240; replacement of reinforced concrete structures covering the hall with steel ones. Steel C345 and C255. Trusses - with a span of 24 m, a height of 2,72-2,52 m, with a step of 3,0, composite in length. Truss belts - from rolled I-beams, struts - from twin rolled corners, racks - from closed bent-welded profiles. Spacers along the lower and upper chords of the trusses are made of closed bent-welded profiles. Vertical stiffeners from the truss plane - from rolling corners. Covering - slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete on profiled flooring H75-750-0.8 with a total thickness of 245 mm. Concrete 25, reinforcement A400, A240; dismantling of the wall along the axis "14" with the installation of a new wall 380 mm thick from solid brick 1NF / 125 / 1.8 / 35, masonry - on mortar M75. Dismantling is provided with the preservation of sections in the area of adjacency to other walls; reinforcement of walls along the "B" axis and the "H" axis; installation of two elevator shafts made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a wall thickness of 150 mm. Concrete 30, reinforcement A400, A240; installation of a tank made of monolithic reinforced concrete for water. Tank walls 200 mm thick, bottom - 300 mm thick. Concrete 30, W12, reinforcement A400, A240; building a staircase from the first floor to the second; device of additional volume above the auditorium. The constructive scheme of the superstructure is frame-bonded. The frame is steel. Racks - from rolled I-beams and closed bent-welded profiles. Beams - from rolling I-beams and channels. Vertical stiffness ties - from rolling corners; reinforcement of the walls of the existing basement in the area of openings with steel clips; The project documentation provides for the reconstruction of auxiliary premises: dismantling of the wall along axis 2 to a relative mark of +3,520 with the installation of a new wall 510 mm thick from solid brick 1NF / 125 / 1.8 / 35, masonry - on mortar M75; dismantling of the ceiling in the axes "1-3" at the level of +6,570 with the installation of a new one with a mark of the top of the slab +7,100. Ceiling - a slab of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick, supported on brick walls by supporting sections 400 mm wide with a step of 2,5 m on one side and with solid support on the other side. Concrete B30, reinforcement A400, A240; dismantling of the coating in the axes "1-3" at the level of +9,640 with the installation of a new one with a mark of the top of the slab +10,700 according to the type of overlap at the level of +7,100; insulation of facade walls with mineral wool boards 150 mm thick; finishing of facade walls with a thin-walled plaster layer, in the basement area - with panels of fiber-reinforced concrete, stylobate - with granite; replacement of ladder structures in the axes "1-3/B-C" and "1-3/N-P". Marches and platforms - from monolithic reinforced concrete.
