Structural part. According to the technical specifications for building design, the design of the boiler house consists of two interlocked prefabricated modules. Steel load-bearing frame - frame-bonded from a bent-welded rectangular and square profile of a closed section. Support frame of block modules: from hot-rolled I-beams according to GOST 8240-89. Walls - from hinged three-layer wall sandwich panels "Thermopanel" 100mm thick, roof - from three-layer roofing sandwich panels "Thermopanel" 120mm thick along steel girders. The foundations are designed in the form of a shallow reinforced concrete monolithic slab 300 mm thick Building responsibility level II (normal) according to GOST 27751-88, SNiP 2.01-85* Degree of fire resistance of the boiler room-II, Fire hazard class-C0, Explosion hazard category-G The chimney is a spatial lattice, trihedral structure with two gas exhaust shafts located along the edges on cantilever remote platforms. Gas outlet shafts are designed from rolled pipes 200x1,5 and 250x1,5. The load-bearing tower should be designed as a triangular prism 10,8 m high with a facet size of 1.2 m in plan. The belts and braces of the supporting tower are designed from electric-welded pipes 108x4,89x4. Struts and beams of the tower platforms - from bent channels according to GOST 8278-83 *. The structure of the foundation for the tower (bearing tower and two exhaust shafts) is a monolithic, reinforced concrete, massive columnar foundation with a hexagonal base. The level of the finished floor of the boiler room, corresponding to the absolute mark: +6,000 m in the Baltic system of heights, was taken as a relative zero mark. The calculations of the adopted design solutions were performed using the Scad software package.

Space-planning solutions for the boiler room

The boiler building is a building without a basement and an attic, rectangular in plan with dimensions along the outer contour of the walls 10,700x6,600 m, consisting of two interlocked modules dimensions in terms of 3,200x10,500m (each). The height of the boiler room to the bottom of the roof structure is 2,500m. The elevation of the top of the parapet is plus 3,300 m. The elevation of the overhang of the cornice is plus 2,820 m. The planning mark of the earth is minus 0,300 m. A diesel generator room is fenced off in the boiler room. The frame of the boiler room is metal, frame-bonded. Doors external and internal - metal according to state standard specifications, in normal and fire-prevention execution. Partitions - "sandwich panels" 100mm thick with mineral wool insulation. Poly-steel sheets of rhombic corrugation on steel beams. Basic equipment. 2 Buderus Logano hot water boilers were accepted for installation. Country of manufacture - Germany. Buderus Logano - steel hot water boilers of gas-tube-smoke type, equipped with a pressurized furnace. The boilers are designed for the production of heating hot water with a maximum temperature of 115°C at an allowable working pressure of 0,6 MPa. Boilers are used for operation only in closed heat supply systems. Nominal heating capacity of the boiler unit model Buderus Logano SK645 300 - 300 kW, Buderus Logano SK645 120 - 120 kW. The excess working pressure of the heat carrier in the boilers is 3,6 bar, the working temperature is 110 ˚С. Efficiency: 92%. The boiler, designed to operate on liquid or gas fuel, is equipped with a combined burner (gas-diesel). All overall dimensions of boiler units are taken on the basis of drawings issued by the boiler manufacturer. The selection of boiler units was made on the basis of providing heat consumption for heating and ventilation at the maximum - winter mode and heat loss in heating networks. 

layout solutions.

The layout of the boiler house was developed using complete factory-made blocks, consisting of boiler units, plate heat exchangers, pumps and control devices. All imported materials and equipment are certified for use in Russia. The use of equipment blocks makes it possible to increase the degree of industrialization of installation work and reduce construction time. The boilers are located in the upper part (according to the plan) of the boiler house building at an elevation of 0,000 m relative to the boiler house floor. The boilers are installed unit by unit with a distance that ensures theirthere is a main switchboard and a diesel generator room. In front of the front of the boilers (according to the plan - in the lower part of the boiler house building) there is a zone for supplying and accounting for source water, as well as for cold water and make-up systems. Behind the boilers there is an expansion line equipment - membrane tanks. A drainage pipeline is provided along the perimeter of the boiler house, collecting drainage from all equipment, pipelines and fittings. Free areas are provided in the boiler room, making it possible to carry out minor repairs of equipment and fittings. All passages are made in accordance with the requirements of the rules approved by the resolution of the Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia. The boilers are equipped with shut-off and control valves:

• main valve for direct and return water;
• safety valves;
• drainage taps;
• air cranes;
The boiler house for the production to be located belongs to category “G”. The degree of fire resistance of the building - II. The building of the boiler house has one independent exit.

Thermal scheme.

The boiler house with a closed double-circuit heat supply system releases heat for the needs of heating, ventilation and hot water supply. Hot water boilers produce water heated to 110˚С, which goes to network heat exchangers (2x150 kW), to hot water boilers (2x50 kW) and for the boiler house's own needs. The circulation of the boiler (primary) circuit is provided by two Wilo TOP-S50/10 3 PN6/10 pumps. The circulation of the network (secondary) circuit is provided by two (one working, one standby) Wilo IL 32/150-2,2/2 pumps. The scheme provides for high-quality control of the temperature of the network water in the direct pipeline according to the outside air temperature using a Danfoss three-way valve. To maintain a stable temperature of the water supplied for the needs of the hot water supply, three-way valves "TAS" are installed on the boilers from the side of the heating circuit. To maintain pressure in the boiler, network circuits and the DHW circuit, a block of two (one working, one standby) booster pumps Wilo MHI 405 is provided The pressure of the network pumps was obtained based on the hydraulic calculation of the heat network. To prevent corrosion of the heating surfaces of boilers (on the gas side), the temperature of the return water entering the boilers must be at least 68°C. This condition is ensured by the Wilo STAR-RS recirculation pumps installed on each of the boilers. To compensate for the thermal expansion of the coolant, two Reflex N35 membrane expansion tanks are provided in the boiler circuit, and two Reflex N200 tanks are provided on the network circuit. To clock the frequency of switching on the booster pumps, a membrane expansion tank Reflex DE V = 100l is provided on the feed line. The pipes are made of electric-welded steel according to GOST 10704-91, the material is steel V-20 GOST 1050-88, steel water and gas pipelines are galvanized according to GOST 3262-75 and stainless according to 08X18H10 (AISI 304). The pipelines are provided with fittings with automatic air vents to release air at the highest points of all pipelines and fittings for draining water at the lowest points of the pipelines. For pumping water from the pit, a combined submersible pump AL-KO Twin 10000 Combi is provided, complete with a 30 m hose. Discharge of drainage water is provided for in an intermediate well (see section 37/11-K-NK).
