Architectural and construction solutions for the boiler room

The boiler room is freestanding and is a one-story rectangular room with dimensions in the axes “A-B” - 3,3 m, “1-5” - 10,0 m, the height of the boiler room to the bottom of building structures (on average) - 2,5 .XNUMX m From the boiler room, access is provided directly to the street - a double-leaf door with a leaf size of 1200x2100 mm, located along axis 1 between axes A and B. Walling: wall material - wall sandwich panel, 100mm thick; load-bearing element of walls and ceiling - metal columns; floor - aluminum sheet "Quintet" together with two sheets of baked plywood; roof - 2-pitched roofing sandwich panels, 150 mm thick. Easy-to-reset windows are used as easy-to-reset structures. The area of ​​easily dropped structures is 2,6 m². The device of easily dumped structures of the boiler room complies with SNiP II-35-76*. Sleeves are provided at the intersections of engineering communications with the foundation and the enclosing structures of the boiler house buildings (for pipelines and power and control cables in places). The foundation of the boiler house and the chimney is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab, made in accordance with the data of geological surveys. The boiler building complies with SNiP II-35-76*.

The chemical composition of the source water (ethylene glycol solution) meets the requirements for the quality of water supplied to boilers and consumer heat supply systems. On the make-up line after the installation of chemical water treatment, in the direction of water movement, a pressure regulator “after itself” is installed, which maintains the necessary pressure in the system. To compensate for thermal expansions, expansion tanks are installed in heat consumption systems. Each boiler is also equipped with expansion tanks. A shut-off valve in front of the expansion tank is installed to enable the hydraulic system to be serviced: the necessary pressure testing of the system with a given pressure, checking the correct operation of the system, ease of operation and repair. To prevent unauthorized closing of the crane, special fittings are installed, protected from accidental closing. Estimated water flow rates and pipeline diameters are determined in accordance with current regulations based on the initial data provided by the Customer. To drain water from the system, drains are provided at the lowest points of the system and on the boilers. To remove air from the system and boilers, automatic air vents are provided. The project provides for the technical accounting of thermal energy. For technical metering of the generated thermal energy, flow meters with a pulse output of the “VST” type are installed on the external circuit. The organization of technical accounting of the supplied thermal energy is necessary for the implementation of the regime adjustment of boilers, as well as for determining the energy efficiency parameters of the boiler house during the entire period of operation.
