The project of the house is designed for the following conditions: The construction area belongs to the II B climatic region; The average wind speed in winter is 4m/s; The average temperature of the cold five-day period is -26°С;  Snow cover weight - 1.80 kPa (III region); Wind load - 0.30 KPA (II region).

VOLUMETRIC AND SPACE AND ARCHITECTURAL AND ARTISTIC SOLUTIONS

The volume-spatial and architectural solution of the building was adopted based on the design task, the functionality of the processes. Non-residential building (cottage) with a total area of 203,00 m2, designed on two floors.
In the volume of the building on the first floor there are: a vestibule, a hall, rooms, bathrooms, a furnace, a kitchen. On the second - a hall, rooms, a bathroom. The height of the first floor is 2,7 m, the second - 2,5 m. The building is equipped with an interfloor staircase.
The building has one central entrance, from the rear facade - two exits to the terrace from the hotel premises. For a non-residential building (cottage) accepted: Foundations - monolithic reinforced concrete slab; Bearing structures - wooden frame; Ceilings - on wooden beams; The flight of stairs is a wooden structure; Enclosing wall structures - insulated min. a wadded frame made of a wooden beam, sheathed on the outside with wooden panels along the crate (imitation of a beam), and inside - with a gypsum board for interior decoration. Interior partitions - insulated min. wadded frame made of wooden beams, sheathed on both sides with a gypsum board for interior decoration The roof is pitched, of a complex profile, made of bituminous tiles, with the organization of an external drain. Windows - wooden double-glazed windows. Doors are wooden.

Structural solutions above 0.000

This project provides for the development of a wooden frame for a residential building. For a conditional mark of 0.000, the level of the finished floor of the room was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 154,50 on the general plan. The structures used in the project have fire resistance limits and fire propagation limits for building structures required in SNiP 21-01-97 * "Fire safety of buildings and structures" for buildings of the II degree of fire resistance. The project is based on the following materials: terms of reference; fire safety design standards; sanitary and hygienic norms and rules, environmental protection rules; Dohm is built floor by floor, while the lower and interfloor floors are simultaneously working planes, on which the walls of a given floor are assembled in a horizontal position and then installed vertically. The frame of the house is assembled floor by floor. The foundation serves as a working plane when assembling the walls of the first floor. They are assembled in a horizontal position into ready-made blocks, which are then lifted, propped up and fastened in place. After the walls are installed, interfloor beams are laid on them, on which subfloor slabs are laid. Thus, a new work plane is created on which the walls of the second floor are assembled. After the construction of the frame, the next stages of construction are the construction of the outer roof and the outer skin or cladding. Windows and doors are also installed. After the frame is erected, pipes and channels for engineering equipment are installed. After that, insulation and sheathing are installed on the frame, after which interior and finishing work begins. The outer walls of the building and part of the inner partitions are load-bearing. The walls are the same height except for some walls on the second floor. The walls consist of a frame (stands 173x44), a beam imitator (panel made of special dried spruce) 28x218 mm, a ventilation gap board 22 mm (battens), wind protection 12 mm porous wood-fiber board), bars (counter-lattice) 50 mm, mineral wool 50 +175 mm, vapor barrier plastic 0,2 mm, gypsum board 13 mm. The frame consists of upper and lower strands, as well as frame supports and cross members of door and window openings. Wooden floors are assembled from beams and circular beams that run around the entire perimeter of the house. The interfloor beam system consists of a ceiling panel (spruce lining 14x120 mm), lathing 22x100 mm, floor beams 45x198 mm made of class T24 wood, lathing 22x100 mm, grooved chipboard, impregnated under pressure in rooms with high humidity. Wooden structures are made of coniferous wood of the 2nd grade with a moisture content of not more than 20%. Mechanical processing of wooden structures should be carried out before their protective treatment. If additional machining is performed during assembly or installation, the protective coating must be restored. Antiseptic and fire protection of wood should be carried out with the preparation "Asfor Extra" at the rate of at least 260 g/m², certified in the Russian Federation for fire and biological protection, providing a difficult-to-ignite state of the 2nd category. The lengths of the elements before sawing and installation in the design position must be clarified locally.

Foundation

The foundation is a strip reinforced concrete shallow foundation, structurally reinforced due to minor loads. The choice of the type of foundation is associated with the partial use of the existing foundation of the dacha, the determination of the depth of laying and the dimensions of the foundations were made in accordance with the engineering and geological surveys carried out in September 2013. The foundations are based on soils with the following design characteristics: Soil name FCYE e, deg. kpa kn/m3 mpa sand cushion 38 2 16 0.55. In accordance with the report on hydrogeological surveys, groundwater was found at depths of 0,1-0,7 m, at absolute levels of 38,6-39,4 m. The base soils must be protected from moisture by surface water, as well as from freezing during the construction period . The construction of foundations on frozen ground is not allowed. Conduct reinforcing work in accordance with the project drawings, the project for the production of works and the requirements of GOST 8478-81 "Welded meshes for reinforced concrete structures. Specifications", GOST 10922-90. "Reinforcing and embedded products, welded, welded fittings and embedded products of reinforced concrete structures. General specifications". Reinforcing steel classes are accepted according to GOST 5781-82. To fix the rods of the lower zone, use inventory clamps. Use rebar trimmings, crushed stone, wood, etc. prohibited. Concrete mix should be laid continuously. A possible break in the concreting of each subsequent layer should not exceed the setting time of the concrete mixture of the previous one. The loading of the foundations with the design load should be carried out after the concrete reaches 100% of the design strength. Waterproofing of the foundation slab at el. +0.040 with G-ST-BP-P/P material -3.0 Vertical waterproofing - "Autocrin". The main reinforcement should be made with single rods ∅10 AIII and 10 A-I0 mm. The intersections of the rods are knitted with a knitting wire at least every second intersection. Arc welding is prohibited. Concreting of the slab should be carried out without interruption, carefully compacting and vibrating the concrete mixture. The gap between the formwork and reinforcement, if not specified, is 30 mm. Working seams, depending on the size of the grips (volume of laid concrete), must be agreed with the design organization.
