General information.

The designed 10 kV cable lines are made with three-core cables of the ASBl-10 brand with a voltage of 10 kV, with aluminum conductive conductors with a cross section of 3x240 mm². The connection of the designed cable lines is provided to the power transmission line 10 kV "******" support No. 3 from the linear cell "*****" Substation 110/35/10 kV No. ** "******" and power lines 10 kV "******" support No. 4 from the linear cell "******" Substation 110/35/10 kV No. *** "*****". The brand of the cable was chosen on the basis of the "Unified Technical Guidelines for the Selection and Use of Electric Power Cables", taking into account the geological characteristics, the high corrosiveness of the soil in terms of resistivity along the entire route of the cable line. Cable laying is carried out in cable trenches T-3 and T-5 at a depth of minus 0,7 - 1,0 meters from the planning mark. T-3 and T-5 type trenches for laying cables shall be made according to drawing A5-92-13. The cable is backfilled at the bottom, and backfilled with a layer of sand from above. After laying the cable, it is powdered with a layer of sand 150 mm thick and an ordinary red clay brick is laid. The location of communications intersected by the designed CL 10 kV to be clarified by digging pits. Laying cables at intersections with utilities, as well as near trees, to be carried out in a HDPE pipe. Seal the cable in the pipe from opposite ends with heat-shrinkable seals of cable passages UKPT or jute twisted cord. Before backfilling pipes, an act must be drawn up for hidden work on laying cable ducts from pipes. With parallel laying, the horizontal distance in the light from cable lines with a voltage of 10 kV to water supply, sewerage and gas pipelines must be at least 1 meter. After laying the pipes in the trench, they are sprinkled with a layer of sand or soft soil 100 mm thick. The soil should not contain stones larger than 20 mm. The ramming of the soil above the pipe is carried out after ensuring that the layer thickness above the top of the pipe is at least 0,3 meters. At the intersection of the highway and access roads to residential buildings, the cable laying depth is at least 1 meter. On the recommendation of the cable manufacturer, the project provides for grounding of the cable shields from opposite sides.
