Design documentation for 10 kV power supply of a complex for the production of pharmaceutical products at the address: *********, industrial zone "***********" (********** ), performed on the basis of an agreement with the Customer, in accordance with the technical specifications. The project documentation provides for the laying of two twin mutually redundant 10 kV cable lines (cable brand APvPu2g-10 3 (1x400/70)) from 110 kV substation No. 185 to the new BKRTP2x1250-10 / 0,4 kV. The laying of 10 kV cable lines is designed in two stages: Stage I (duration of construction - 4 months): Construction of a block packaged distribution transformer substation of the BKRTP2x1250-10/0,4kV type. Construction of one twin cable line 10 kV type AP-vPu2g-10 3 (1x400/70) from SS No. 185 (cell No. 112) to the projected BKRTP2x1250-10/0,4 kV, 2x4,744 km long. Stage II (construction duration - 4 months): Construction of the second dual cable line 10 kV type BKRTP2x1250-10/0,4 kV from substation No. 185 (cell No. 212) to the projected BKRTP2x1250-10/0,4 kV, length 2x4,847 km. 10 kV cable lines are designed in an earthen trench at a depth of 0,7-1,0 m from the planning ground level (in places of laying to existing electrical cables - at the depth of existing cables), with a sand cushion and protection with plates to close cable lines PZK480 * 360 *16 throughout the track; in BKRTP2x1250-10 / 0,4 kV and PS-185, cables are laid along metal structures, at the intersection of streets, railways. tracks, areas with constrained conditions are produced by the method of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) in HDPE pipes with a diameter of 160 mm. BKRTP consists of 18 cells of the Novation 207 type, distributed into two sections of 10 kV switchgear with ATS and 2 input-distribution devices of 0,4 kV type UVR(B) 1250-10xARS-0,4-2500 with introductory automatic switches type VA50-45 PRO 2500A. Power three-phase transformers, adopted with natural oil cooling, power of 1250 kVA each, with ∆/Y connection with zero, connection group 11, with a voltage regulation limit on the high side of ±2x2,5% V. The power of the transformers is selected based on the technical conditions. BKRTP2x1250-10 / 0,4 kV is located on the territory of the complex at the address: industrial zone "************" (***********). Electricity metering is designed in RU-10kV at the inputs, outgoing lines based on the multifunctional device "KIPP-2M", which provides data transmission. Electricity metering is designed in 0,4 kV switchgear after transformers, it is possible to account for 0,4 kV outgoing lines. The project has developed a section of relay protection and telemechanics. Protection on the 10 kV side is provided on the BMRZ-100 microprocessor protection unit. Protection of the side of 0,4 kV transformers (overcurrent protection, cutoff and protection against single-phase short circuits) is provided on the MRTpro protection and control unit.
