General information.

This working documentation is developing a metal hangar 12x30x6m with a beam crane with a lifting capacity of 5 tons. The functional purpose of the object (metal hangar) is a warehouse building for storing rolled metal. The normative value of wind pressure for region III (map 3d) is 0,38 kPa; snow cover weight per 1 m2 of horizontal surface for snow region II (map 1) - 1,2 kPa; the estimated temperature of the coldest five-day period is minus 220C; soil freezing depth - 0,9 m; climatic region IIIB. The area of ​​the construction site for seismic hazard in accordance with SP 14.13330.2011 "Construction in seismic areas" according to the OSR-97 "A" map - is not regulated for objects of normal responsibility (Appendix B). The adopted volumetric and architectural solutions are determined in accordance with the terms of reference for the design, additional approvals (letters), as well as the plan of the construction site, taking into account the current technical regulations, building codes and rules. The building of the metal hangar is a one-story, rectangular structure with dimensions in the axes of 12,0x30,0 m, a height of 11,415 m in the ridge, intended for the storage of rolled metal. The level of the finished floor of the building is taken as a conditional mark of 0,000, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 40,10. +5.
