Architectural and space-planning solutions

A warehouse building was designed for storage of rolled metal with total dimensions in the axes of 80,0 x 40,0 m - consisting of five identical compartments with dimensions in the axes of 16,0 x 40,0 m. The height of the building from ground level to the parapet ridge is 9,8 m ., to the roof ridge - 9,3 m. External walls - sandwich panels with polymer coating in two colors. Plinth - covering with steel shaped elements on foam plastic. Coating - on a profiled steel sheet, laid along the upper belt of trusses and girders. Roof - combined, insulated, rolled with internal gutters. Window fillings - metal-plastic profiles with single-glazed windows. Doors - steel fireproof. The flights of stairs to the second level of the buildings are made of steel. Partitions - cinder blocks and plasterboard on the frame filled with mineral wool. Five buildings will provide staff quarters, inventory rooms, and bathrooms.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the facility is II (normal). The construction system of the building is metal, the structural system of the building is a full frame, the structural scheme of the building is a frame-braced frame. The warehouse building is one-story. The frame columns are designed according to a grid of 5.0x16.0m from I-beams according to GOST 26020-83 from S245 steel. The structure of the roof is made up of trapezoidal truss trusses. The section of the belts and the lattice is taken from paired corners in accordance with GOST 8509-86. The step of the trusses is 6.0m, the span is 16.0m. The spatial invariability of the cover disk is ensured by the installation of a system of connections along the lower and upper chords of the trusses and a system of spacers. The roof of the building is made of sandwich roof panels 200mm thick. External enclosing walls - hinged from "Sandwich" type panels 150mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building frame is ensured by the joint work of columns, rigidly embedded foundations, vertical connections between the columns and the covering disk. The required fire resistance of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures is ensured by the protection of the metal structures of the frame with a fire-retardant coating, the columns are plastered. The spatial calculation of the building frame was carried out in the SCAD 11.3 software package. The maximum horizontal movement of the top of the building is 41.3mm, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The foundation was developed on a natural basis, free-standing columnar monolithic reinforced concrete under the frame columns made of concrete class B25, W6, F100. The foundations are arranged according to concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm from concrete of class B7.5. The maximum draft is 20mm, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The average pressure on the base soil is 1.38kg/cm2, the calculated resistance of the base soil under the foundation sole is 2.75kg/cm2. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the foundation is the EGE-2 soils - heavy silty loam, semi-solid and EGE-3 - heavy silt loam, hard-plastic. EGE-2 has the following characteristics: ρn=1.93t/m3; Il=0.12; e=0.817; n=19o; c=0.39 kg/cm2; E=120kg/cm2. EGE-3 has the following characteristics: ρn=1.89t/m3; Il=0.45; e=0.914; n=14o; c=0.25 kg/cm2; E=100kg/cm2. No groundwater was encountered during the drilling period. During periods of intense precipitation and snowmelt, one should expect the maximum position of the groundwater level near the day surface. Soils in relation to concrete of normal permeability are non-aggressive. The relative mark of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute mark of +9. 500. Two existing buildings fall within the zone of influence of the new construction.
