General information.
The warehouse building is rectangular in plan, one-storey, without a basement. The dimensions in the axes are 40,0x28,0 m. The outer walls are made of sandwich panels, 120 mm thick with non-combustible insulation made of basalt mineral wool. The plinth is monolithic reinforced concrete, 200 mm thick, insulated from the outside with extruded polystyrene foam, 100 mm thick and lined with porcelain stoneware slabs. The load-bearing structures are designed as a steel frame. Roofing - gable, low-slope, rolled Technoelast with the use of Tenkhnoruf insulation on a profiled sheet. Drainage external organized. The internal partitions in the warehouse are made of sandwich panels, the partitions in the administrative part are tongue-and-groove, 80 mm thick. The height of the warehouse premises is assumed to be 6,0 m (to the bottom of the trusses), the clean height of the administrative premises is 3,0 m. The height of the building in the ridge is 7,70 m.
