Volumetric planning solution

The building is a four-story building with a plan size of 38x47 m. The mark of the finished floor of the first floor is taken as 0.000, which corresponds to the absolute mark of +9,440. The height of the floors is 3,6 m from floor to floor, the height of part of the 2nd floor is 4.8 m from floor to floor, the height of the auditorium is 10 m from floor to the bottom of the protruding structures. There are three main functional groups of premises in the building: I - Educational group of premises II - General school group of premises III - Administrative and utility premises The adopted scheme allows the children's music school to be successfully operated. The study group of premises consists of the preparatory department and the premises of the main training program. On the ground floor there is an entrance, administrative and economic groups of premises, a library, a buffet. Also on the ground floor there are classrooms for orchestras, the isolated position of which ensures their maximum sound insulation. And the location of the auditorium under the stage provides them with the necessary standard height. The auditorium for 300 seats is designed in the form of an amphitheater, rising in steps from the 2nd to the 3rd floor, which allows the most comfortable and economical use of the space of the hall, as well as the space under the hall and the stage. On the second floor there are artistic, workshops for tuning and repairing instruments. The premises of the main training program include classes of individual and group classes in various specialties, they are located on the second, third and fourth floors, going around the perimeter of the auditorium. On the fourth floor there is a classroom for the choir, its location in the space behind the auditorium provides the necessary level of noise protection. The building provides for measures that provide access for disabled people to all the premises of the Children's Music School. Elevator on the stairs of the main entrance, an elevator with a cabin measuring 2,1x1,1 m, connecting the lobby with all floors. The width of the main corridors is 1,9 m.

facade architecture

The laconic 4-storey volume of the school has the shape of a regular trapezoid in plan, it is located at the closure of the visual axes along Kantemirovskaya Street and Polyustrovskiy Prospekt. The facades of the building are designed with smooth, mutually flowing shapes and lines, which makes the architectural image of the building sculptural and emphasizes the creative and functional orientation of the music school. The exterior walls were finished with a ventilated facade system with light-colored porcelain stoneware. Constructive decisions. Foundations - pile or monolithic reinforced concrete slab (to be specified based on the results of engineering and geological surveys). The main structural scheme of the complex is a reinforced concrete frame with monolithic ceilings. Roof - flat, combined (non-exploited coating). The walls are reinforced concrete monolithic.

Structural solutions for the capital construction object

The building of the children's music school is 4-storey with a technical underground, made in monolithic reinforced concrete. The structural system of the building is column-wall. Bearing structures are internal and external monolithic reinforced concrete walls 200 mm and 160 mm thick, columns with interfloor ceilings resting on them. Wall reinforcement - class A-III (A400) and class A-I (A240). The geometric immutability of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete structures and horizontal hard disks - monolithic reinforced concrete floor and roof slabs. The foundation of the building is piled with bored piles, arranged using the “FUNDEX” technology. The length of the piles is 20,0 m, the absolute mark in the Baltic system of heights of the lower ends of the piles is 13,29 m. As a grillage, a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab 500 mm thick made of B25 W6 F100 class concrete, reinforced with knitted reinforcing mesh, was adopted. Plate reinforcement - hot-rolled according to GOST 5781 - 82 * Ø16 class A-III (A400) (lower reinforcement) and Ø12 class A-III (A400) (upper reinforcement). The step of the bars of the working reinforcement of the foundation slab (upper and lower) is 200 mm. Sand and gravel preparation 500 mm thick and concrete preparation made of class B12,5 concrete 100 mm thick are provided under the foundation slab. The foundation slab consists of three parts: the parts of the slab located in the axes A-G and 1-3, as well as in the axes D-L and 2-11, are laid at the level of -3,380. The main area of the slab has a bottom mark of -2,780. In the project documentation, a variant of hard coupling of bored piles with a slab grillage is implemented. Reinforced concrete load-bearing walls of the building - cross. The walls of the technical underground with a thickness of 200 mm are made of concrete class B25 W6 F100 and form a rigid spatial structure together with a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab and a floor slab over the basement with a thickness of 200 mm. The walls of the elevator shafts are 160 mm thick. The walls of the building above the -0,380 mark are made of concrete of the compressive strength class B25, F75. Reinforcement of load-bearing walls (underground and above-ground parts of the building) is carried out with reinforcing cages with longitudinal working reinforcement Ø 12 A-III (A400) in accordance with GOST 5781 - 82 *. Floor and roof slabs - solid reinforced concrete 200 mm thick, made of concrete class B25 W4 F75, continuous, supported along the contour, mainly on four sides. The slabs are reinforced with knitted reinforcing meshes from rods of a periodic profile Ø12 A-III (A400) (lower reinforcement) and Ø10 A-III (A400) (upper reinforcement). The step of the bars of the working reinforcement of the plates is 200 mm. Reinforcing plates - class AIII (A400) and class AI (A240). Columns of the building of round and square section with dimensions respectively Ø400 mm and 400x400 mm. Round columns are reinforced with longitudinal reinforcement Ø20 A-III (A400): columns along the “L” axis with eight rods, other columns with six rods. Cross reinforcement - Ø10 A-I (A240) with a step of 200 mm. Square columns are reinforced with eight reinforcing bars Ø16 A-III (A400), transverse reinforcement is provided by clamps Ø10 A-I (A240) with a pitch of 200 mm. The covering over the auditorium is made of steel trusses with spans from 11,8 m to 20.4 m and a monolithic reinforced concrete slab on a profiled sheet. The design documentation provides for the use of steel girders from bent-welded profiles in accordance with GOST 30245 - 2003. The height of the truss section along the axes of the belts is 1800 mm. Material - steel C255. The roof slab above the auditorium at +16,000 (bottom mark) in axes 2-11 and B-I is made of profiled sheet H114-750-1,0 GOST 24045 - 94, which is the bearing element of the slab and is covered with concrete B25, F75 with structural reinforcement with welded frames made of reinforcement Ø8 A-III (A400). The frames are installed in each corrugation of the profiled sheet and are combined in the transverse direction with rods Ø8 A-III (A400) with a pitch of 150 mm. The profiled sheet of the slab is attached to the steel trusses with self-tapping bolts, providing a rigid disk of the truss and unfastening the top chord of the truss from the bending plane. Protection of steel structures against corrosion is ensured by painting with PF 115 enamel (2 layers) one layer at a time of GF 021 primer. Fire protection of steel structures of the coating (trusses, struts) is carried out with fire-retardant paint OZK-45 TU 2316-018-17297211-06. Fire protection of a reinforced concrete slab covering a profiled sheet is carried out by lining with Rockwool Conlit mineral wool boards TU 5762-029-45757203-10 (combustibility group NG according to GOST 30244-94). The calculation of the load-bearing structures of the spatial system of the building and the foundation slab was carried out using the SCAD program version 11.3. The design of the structural system was performed using the certified Structure CAD program version 11.5 SCAD Group.
