Parking with a sink is located in a five-story building measuring 36x24 meters along the axes. The building is prefabricated, reinforced concrete, with a grid of columns 6x6 and 6x7 meters. Enclosing structures are hinged, made of sandwich panels. The parking lot is intended for storage, maintenance and washing of special vehicles. The composition of the parking premises: parking area for 62 cars, total area - 3198 m2; maintenance box, area - 215 m2; household premises for drivers, area - 73,4 m2; shower room and bathroom, total area - 25,9 m2; washing room, area - 110,6 m2; a room for the installation of treatment facilities, with an area of ​​37,0 m2; pantry of detergents, area - 17,6 m2. The nomenclature of the premises allows the following operations to be carried out in the parking lot: inspection of equipment; small metalwork and mechanical works; wheel swap. Maintenance (TO-1, TO-2, TO-3) and overhaul of vehicles and units is carried out at specialized car service stations under the contract. Every day, before leaving for patrolling, drivers inspect vehicles. To inspect the running gear of cars, an inspection pit is provided, which is equipped with a ladder, lighting, and a portable 12-volt lamp. Vehicles are inspected as needed. To eliminate minor problems, drilling and grinding and grinding desktop machines located on workbenches are provided. The machines work without the use of emulsol. If necessary, an air compressor is installed to pump the wheels. The compressor operation mode is short-term, not more than 50% per shift (in the morning before going on duty). To protect against noise, there are personal protective equipment for workers - headphones. For storage of spare parts and tools, 2 racks are installed. More complex repair work (repair of the running gear, units) is carried out at specialized service stations (SRT), under the contract.

Technological equipment

The available technological equipment for the organization of technical inspection, maintenance of equipment was supplied by manufacturers located in Russia and the CIS countries. This equipment provides the accepted technology, and corresponds to the world level. The degree of protection of the equipment is not lower than IP 54. The equipment is easy to set up and maintain. Staff: - locksmith 1 person. Working hours - from 8-00 to 17-00, 1 hour lunch, 40 hour working week (5 working days, 2 days off). Car wash is designed for the simultaneous maintenance of one vehicle. The equipment used is an automatic washing unit of the type CB - 2 (KARCHER) - this is a multi-program portal installation for washing cars, light trucks and SUVs. Then a brush wash is performed with the supply of shampoo for brush washes, the front and rear of the car are washed with both a horizontal (ceiling) brush and vertical (side) ones with an overlap in the center, which excludes unwashed areas. Drying is also tailored to the contours of the vehicle with one horizontal and two lateral blowers (height 1,9 m) of a new design in stainless steel. The total number of drying fans is 4 x 2x3 kW and 2x4 kW each. The water treatment and recirculation system (WTS) is an automatic unit and is designed to treat wastewater used for car washing, both in manual and automatic modes. The average water consumption for washing 1 car is 150 liters (112,5 liters - recycled water and 37,5 liters - clean). Recycled water consumption 112,5x24=2700 l/shift. Pure water consumption: 37,5 x 24 = 900 l / shift. The car wash cycle is 20 minutes. Throughput capacity of the washing plant for 8 hours (taking into account the time for lunch and preparatory and final work) is 24 cars per shift. The average water consumption for washing 1 car is 150 liters (112,5 liters - recycled water and 37,5 liters - clean). Recycled water consumption 112,5 x 24 = 2700 l / shift. Pure water consumption: 37,5 x 24 = 900 l / shift. Staff: - washer 1 person. Working hours - from 8-00 to 17-00, 1 hour lunch. The use of this system allows you to save up to 75% of water due to its purification and reuse. After washing the car, water enters the mud pits, where solid particles settle at the bottom, and oil and fuel float to the surface, where they are separated from the water using special equipment. After further settling in the next tank - pumping - water is supplied by a submersible pump first to the gravel filter column for purification from mechanical impurities, and then to the column with sorbent for post-treatment of oil products and only then to the storage tank. To destroy microbes in water and eliminate unpleasant odors, the SRTS system is specially provided with a dosing pump that supplies a sterilizing agent. Purified water is recommended for use in the pre-wash and main wash cycles (wetting and washing) followed by rinsing the car with clean water. Sumps are cleaned as needed, but at least once every 5 days.

Architectural solutions

The building is intended for storage of cars (62 units). The building is rectangular in plan, 36 x 24 m in size, 13,3 m high. The building is four-story without an attic, with a full basement. On the ground floor there are washing rooms, car maintenance rooms, amenity rooms for drivers (50 people), as well as six parking spaces for cars. On floors 1 to 4 there are parking lots for 56 cars. Entrance gates are sectional, equipped with gates and automatic opening. The total area of ​​the building is 4514,5 m2. Building area - 949,8 m2. Construction volume ~ 12442,4 m3. Architectural solution of facades. The facades of the buildings are solved by the methods of modern architecture. The color solution is based on the alternation of local planes of gray (RAL7035, RAL7000) color, as well as large planes of stairwell glazing.

Constructive decisions

The building is framed from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. The foundations for the columns are prefabricated reinforced concrete detached glass type. The rigidity of the building is ensured by the work of the transverse frames and the hard disk of the cover. Sandwich panels are used as enclosing structures for external walls. The roof is sloping from roofing sandwich panels with an external drain.
