General information.

The brick house was built according to the standard series I-447 (modification I-447С-39). Number of sections - 8. Strip foundations made of FBS blocks. The external walls of the building are made of brickwork 510 mm thick. The internal walls of the building are made of ceramic bricks with cement-sand mortar, 380 mm thick. Presence of internal transverse walls: available, including the walls of staircases. Interfloor ceilings are prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow slabs, 220 mm thick. The attic floor is prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow slabs, 220 mm thick. Prefabricated reinforced concrete lintels. Rafter system - soft, roll roofing. The spatial rigidity of the building is sufficient. It is ensured by the joint work of load-bearing, enclosing brick walls and floors of the building. Balconies, bay windows, cornices and other protruding elements of the facade. Balconies are made of reinforced concrete slabs with rigid clamping in the external walls of the building. The canopies over the entrances are made of reinforced concrete slabs with rigid pinching in the outer walls of the building and of metal welded structures. Roofing felt coating on bitumen mastic or sheet steel. Descent to the basement from the entrance. The facades are not plastered. The masonry of the walls is done with jointing. The base is plastered and painted. Sections of the outer wall near the entrances to the entrances were also painted. Internal two-flight staircases made of prefabricated reinforced concrete flights and platforms. External entrance stairs are made of reinforced concrete. Inter-apartment and interior partitions – gypsum concrete panels. Windows in common areas are made of PVC profiles and open into the premises. The windows of the apartments are wooden with paired sashes and PVC frames with 2-chamber double-glazed windows, opening inward. The doors to the basement are wooden and in unsatisfactory condition (surface corrosion, rotten damage and warping). The metal entrance door to the entrance is painted, equipped with a combination lock and a door closer, and is in satisfactory condition.
