The building is 12-storey, 3-entrance, rectangular in plan, with a basement and a combined roof. The building was built in 1973 according to the standard design series II-57-03/12YuA. The outer walls are three-layer reinforced concrete panels. The ceilings are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs supported by longitudinal walls. The roof is non-attic, combined, ventilated, with a rolled roof and an internal organized drain. The coating is combined, ventilated, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels with fiberboard insulation. The roof panel is made of outer and inner reinforced concrete layers 60mm thick each (total 120mm) and fiberboard insulation 160mm thick. Window blocks - wooden with paired covers, opening inside.
