The designed station with underground reservoirs is intended for refueling passenger vehicles. The capacity of the filling station is 350 vehicles per day. The project provides for the installation of 2 four-product eight-gun fuel dispensers located on 2 filling islands under a canopy manufactured by Dresser Wayne 2 pcs. type "Global Star" НН С 44-44 WAS (with gas return) fuel dispenser No. 1 (AI 95, AI 92, AI 80, DT); Broadcasting Company No. 2 (Ai 95, Ai 92, Ai 80, DT). For the storage of petroleum products, underground steel double-walled tanks with a capacity of 50 (25 + 25) m3 - 1 unit, 50 (20 + 20 + 10) m3 - 1 unit are used. Each dispenser is connected by underground metal self-contained fuel lines to underground fuel storage tanks. The tanks provide for the storage of the following types of oil products: AI-80, AI-92; AI -95, diesel fuel (DF), as well as one compartment is provided as an emergency. Fuel storage is taken underground. The distribution of fuel in the chambers is as follows: Diesel fuel - 25 m3; Gasoline A-92 - 20 m3; Gasoline A-95 - 20 m3; Gasoline A-80 -10 m3; Excess fuel vapor pressure is provided up to 0,9 kg/sq. see. The completeness of the supply of tanks is determined by the manufacturer and the technological solutions adopted by the project. Tank equipment is installed in metal technological shafts (technological compartments). Tanks are accepted with one neck. The area for draining fuel into tanks is equipped with a special platform for a tank truck, designed in accordance with the requirements of NPB111-98*. The gas station is serviced by tank trucks equipped with bottom valves and a gas return system, which allow, on the one hand, to receive the vapor-air mixture from the gas station tanks through the gas equalization system and, on the other hand, to issue the collected mixture to an enterprise equipped with a vapor recovery system. The delivery of the steam-air mixture is carried out at the oil depot. Vapor processing is carried out in the absorption system for capturing and recuperating gasoline vapors ASUP-PB-120 in the technological scheme of the tank farm. Fuel is drained through an independent process fuel line for each tank. The drain pipe and the intake pipe are located at a height of 100 mm from the bottom of the tank (50 mm below the intake (suction) valve), which makes it possible to refuse to install a special shutter. Underground drain pipelines Dy 80 from the fuel drain area with a slope of at least 0.002 towards the tanks. According to the requirements of NPB111-98*, the platform for the tank truck is equipped with a 15 cm high flanging and a pipeline for draining fuel spills by gravity into the underground emergency tank in case of emergency depressurization of the AC drain pipe.
