On the ground floor of the preschool educational institution there are: group cells (10 children each) of three groups for children with severe speech impairment of primary preschool age with speech therapists' offices, vestibules, corridors, halls, stairwells, a cleaning equipment room and disinfectants, a catering unit with a washing exchange container, a loading room, a room with refrigeration equipment, a dry food storage room, a distribution room, a meat and fish shop, a cold shop, a hot shop, and a washing kitchen utensils. And also on the ground floor there are: a staff room, a staff shower, a staff toilet, a caretaker's office, an ironing room, a storage room for clean linen, a laundry room, one isolation room, an isolation room toilet, a room for preparing saline solutions combined with a staff bathroom, a manager's office, a medical office , a treatment room, a music room, a gymnastics room, physiotherapy, massage rooms, a method room, a psychologist's room and a sensory room.
