Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project documentation for the site provides for the construction of an indoor sports complex without stands for spectators. The building is complex in plan with dimensions in the extreme axes of 68,00 x 45,03 m. The building is intended to accommodate a sports complex, a swimming pool, sports halls, an aerobics hall and a gym, technical and utility rooms are designed. The main entrance to the building is provided from the projected passage from the street. The building consists of three main volumes and has a symmetrical composition. The central part of the building is designed as a 5-storey building with a complex curvilinear roof. External walls at the level of 4-5 floors are designed with a reverse slope of 10%. The maximum height from the planning mark of the ground to the highest point of the roof is 22,85 m. Glazed staircases are designed along the longitudinal axis of the central part. On both sides of the central part, adjacent three-height volumes of a sports hall and a swimming pool with utility rooms are designed. The height of the three-light volumes from the planning mark of the earth to the highest point is 14,24 m. The roof is pitched along the general radius. The entrance vestibule is designed at a relative elevation of -1,500 and 0,000 with a second light in the oval opening. Open staircases are designed in the lobby, connecting it with the basement floor. In the basement, at a relative elevation of -3,300, the following are designed: a cloakroom, sanitary facilities, utility rooms, storerooms, pool technical rooms, a ventilation chamber and a heating center. On the ground floor, at a relative mark of 0,000, a swimming pool with a bowl of 25,2 x 16 m with bypass paths, a sports hall, inventory rooms, dressing rooms with showers and bathrooms and Turkish steam rooms, a medical office, administrative premises, a loading bar and utility rooms are designed. On the second floor, at +3,300 relative elevation, two bars, VIP dressing rooms, sanitary facilities and utility rooms are designed. On the third floor, at +6,600 relative elevation, the premises of the administration of the complex, meeting rooms, server room, control room, sound control room, sanitary facilities and ventilation chambers are designed. On the fourth floor, at a relative elevation of +9,900, an aerobics hall, a gym, dressing rooms with showers and sanitary facilities, a staff room and utility rooms are designed. On the fifth floor, at +13,650 relative elevation, a sports hall, a ventilation chamber and an open gallery are designed. For vertical communication between the floors, an elevator is provided with a carrying capacity of 630 kg with cabin dimensions of 1100x1400 and two stairwells of the L1 type. External walls - three-layer "sandwich" panels and stained glass windows. Socle - reinforced concrete, lined with polished ceramic granite. Glazed canopies on metal brackets are designed above the main entrance. The roof is rolled with an organized drain. Partitions - made of reinforced concrete, aerated concrete, post-ridge slabs, framed sheathing with plasterboard slabs. In technical rooms and rooms with a wet regime - solid brick, plastered on both sides. The project documentation ensures the accessibility of the complex for people with limited mobility. At 0,000, there is a cloakroom for MGN, a locker room for the disabled for 3 people, and universal sanitary facilities. A container gas stand-alone boiler house without service personnel is designed on the site. The building is one-storey with dimensions in the axes of 9,0 x 6,54 m.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building of the complex structurally consists of three blocks - a central 5-storey block and one-storey blocks (gym and swimming pool). The level of responsibility of the building of the complex is II. The structural scheme of the gym and swimming pool blocks is a one-story frame with a coating of curved glued wooden beams hinged on steel columns and reinforced concrete columns of the central block. Steel columns - from electric-welded pipes with a diameter of 325 mm with a monolithic reinforced concrete core. Coating beams - curvilinear shape, section 220x1660 (h) mm (in the span) and 220x832 (h) mm (on the support), one and two span. The span of the beams is 21,0 m and 21,0 + 4,0 m, the spacing of the beams is from 5,0 m to 7,0 m Covering - corrugated board according to the system of main beams and secondary girders. Spatial rigidity of the frame is ensured by the rigid connection of the columns with the foundation, vertical connections between the steel columns and the hard disk of the cover. The rigidity of the coating disk is ensured by the presence of bracing blocks, including wooden spacers and cross metal braces made of round reinforcement. At the ends of the blocks, one-story shelves are designed in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete beam slabs 240 mm thick, based on internal reinforced concrete columns with a section of 40 x 40 cm and external steel columns. The structural scheme of the central block is a spatial frame made of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The material of monolithic structures is concrete of class B25, F100, W6, reinforcement of class A500. The spatial rigidity of the central part of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical elements - columns and longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls, united by monolithic reinforced concrete floor disks. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete, section 400x400mm, 400x600mm, grid of columns - 6,0x6,0m. Bearing walls - monolithic reinforced concrete, 250mm thick. Ceilings - beamless slabs 240 mm thick supported on columns through hidden cantilevers from channels and, partially, slabs on monolithic reinforced concrete beams with a section of 400x600 (h) mm. h)mm, located at different elevations. Beam span 18.0m with cantilevers 3.15m. Covering - corrugated board according to the system of main beams and secondary girders. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marching platforms 200 mm thick. External walls of the complex: "sandwich" - panels 150 mm thick, facade cassettes and stained glass windows with fastening to steel fachwerk structures. The outer walls of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete, 300 mm thick with an outer layer of insulation. The pool bowl with dimensions 25x16m is designed in monolithic reinforced concrete (B30, W8, F75). The thickness of the pool walls is 300 mm. The bottom of the pool is a beamless slab 300 mm thick, supported by columns with a section of 400 x 400 mm. Waterproofing - from polymeric materials, is carried out according to the technology of a specialized organization. The static calculation of the load-bearing structures of the complex was performed using the SCAD software package version 11.1. The calculation of the structures of the central block has been completed. Calculation and design documentation of wooden glued structures have been completed, the project has received a positive conclusion from the Kucherenko Central Research Institute. The construction of the foundations of the complex is monolithic reinforced concrete grillages on a pile foundation. Piles - prefabricated reinforced concrete, immersed by the method of driving and, in the axes I-L / 1-12, by the method of indentation. The section of the piles is 3535cm, the length of the piles is 13m and 11.0m (abs. elev. pile tips 6.65m and 6.95m). Concrete B25, W6, F100. Pairing of piles and grillage is rigid. Grillages - tape height 600 mm and free-standing slab height 800 mm from monolithic reinforced concrete B25, W6, F100. A 100mm thick concrete preparation is provided under the grillage slab. The design load on the pile is assumed to be 60 tf. At the base of the pile foundation there are light silty gray loams with gravel and pebbles, hard-plastic EGE-5a (e=0.425, IL=0.35, E=120kg/cm2). The allowable design load on the pile was adopted based on the results of static sounding. Before the mass installation of piles, the bearing capacity of soils will be checked by static tests. After the installation of piles, control tests of piles are provided. The base of the floor of the sports hall is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick for concrete preparation and a sand cushion with layer-by-layer compaction 1200 mm thick. The project provides for coating waterproofing of concrete surfaces of foundations in contact with the ground. The project provides for the treatment of glued wooden structures with antiseptic bioprotective compounds. A relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to an absolute elevation of 21,500 m. The draft of the building is 2.0 cm. The project provides for the installation of a free-standing gas boiler. Building responsibility level – II. The boiler house building consists of two prefabricated containers, which are installed on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 250 mm thick made of concrete B20, W6, F50. The container, 9,0 x 3,27 m in axes, is a steel frame made of rolled profiles with enclosing structures made of "sandwich" panels. A monolithic reinforced concrete plinth is provided along the perimeter of the slab. The depth of the foundation is higher than the depth of soil freezing. Under the foundation slab, a sand cushion with layer-by-layer compaction is provided. The projected chimney is a 8.4 m high truss-type supporting lattice tower with two gas exhaust shafts. The load-bearing tower is a spatial triangular vertical structure with the dimensions of the faces in the plan 1.2m, consisting of steel pipes with a section of 895 and a crate of corners 706. Steel 255. An anti-corrosion coating of the steel structures of the carrier tower is provided. Gas exhaust shafts - pipes with a diameter of 400mm and 350mm made of stainless steel with thermal insulation. Gas exhaust shafts are attached to the supporting spatial structure with a step of 3,2 m.
