The roof is flat, the coating is rolled on solid reinforced concrete slabs. The load-bearing structures of the house are the outer and inner walls, the walls of the stairwells. The transverse rigidity of the building is provided by the intersection and end walls, as well as the walls of the stairwells. The loggias are made of reinforced concrete slabs 80 mm thick, with a complex shape in plan. In the axes "29-27", "24-20", "17-13", "10-6", "3-1", they are located in dimensions of 2-16 floors. Sheathed with sheets of corrugated board. The canopies over the loggias and balconies of the upper floors are made of reinforced concrete cantilever slabs 80 mm thick supported by external wall panels. Entrance group: walls are made of expanded clay concrete panels, floor - ceramic tiles, vestibule cover - solid floor slabs. Along the perimeter it has a decorative apron made of aluminum profile. The facades are finished with ceramic tiles measuring 100x300 mm, horizontal and vertical seams are sealed with sealant. The plinth is finished with ceramic tiles and painted. Window fillings MOP - PVC.
