The designed garage building is intended for storage and maintenance of a car - a special fire articulated lift with overall dimensions of 12x2,5x4m high. The building is of a frame type, rectangular in plan, 30,0m x 15,0m in axes. For a relative mark of 0,000, the level of the clean floor of a warm garage is taken. Around the building, make a concrete pavement with a width of 850 mm on a crushed stone base with a thickness of 100 mm. The planning decision of the building is determined by the technological task. The structure of household premises includes: a shower, a bathroom, a locker room for drivers. Production facilities include: a garage, a mechanics room, an electrical panel room, a cleaning equipment room, a ventilation chamber, a spare parts storage warehouse, and an input unit. The lighting of the garage and the mechanics' room is solved by natural / side / light. All rooms have a convenient connection. The evacuation route from rooms 3-11 is carried out through the doorways into the corridor and directly outside through the gate in the lifting gate Вр-2, manufactured by Hormann, located along the axis "11". From the garage premises, evacuation is carried out through rolling gates Vr-1 and doorway 1 located along axis "1". From the room there is an electrical panel exit directly to the outside.

Constructive decisions.

The foundations for the bearing and enclosing structures of the building are made of piles, made of a metal pipe with a diameter of 159x8 according to GOST 8732-78*, steel grade 09G2s GOST 8731-74*. Monolithic reinforced concrete grillage is designed from B15 class concrete. Grillage grillage under the internal walls of the built-in premises - tape, under the frame columns - slab square and rectangular in plan. Areinforcing the grillage is to be carried out with spatial frames, consisting of flat frames and connecting rods from reinforcement of classes AI and AIII according to GOST 5781 - 82 * from steel grade 25G2S GOST 27772-88. Sections are fastened together with bolts and nuts. Wooden beams with a section of 100x50mm were used as girders between the arches for fastening the roof and internal cladding. The bars are attached to the arch plates with bolts and nuts. The roof is made of galvanized sheet. Sheets are attached to wooden beams with nails. The insulation is a rigid mineral wool board with γ = 200 kgf/m3. The outer longitudinal walls of the building below the arched structure are made of reinforced concrete panels PS60.12.4-T (Series 0-381-86). The end walls are made of a 200 mm thick stacked “sandwich”: (profiled sheet and insulation “URSA” along metal girders from a channel according to GOST 8240-72 *). In the garage building, built-in premises are designed from ordinary red brick of the M100 grade according to GOST 530-95 on a mortar of grade 50, 120 mm and 250 mm thick. Overlapping of internal premises - from profiled sheet C10-899-0.6, along the run from channel N 12, insulation "URSA" 120mm. Openings are provided in both ends of the building. Electric rolling gates Vr-1 sized 4,5x6,0m were designed for access to the motor transport building. Overhead sectional gates Vr-2 3,0x6,0m in size with a built-in gate 1,9m high.
