Overview

Kindergarten for 140 children with a swimming pool is located in a separate two-story building, consisting of blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Blocks 2, 4 - transitions. Block 1 contains: on the ground floor - two nursery groups: middle (children from 1,5 to 2 years old) and senior (from 2 to 3 years old); on the second floor there are two preschool groups: junior (from 3 to 4 years old) and middle (from 4 to 5 years old). Block 3 contains: on the ground floor - a catering unit, a laundry room, a medical unit, service and amenity premises; on the second floor there are halls for music and sports activities, a speech therapist's room, a psychologist's room, a sensory room, and utility rooms. Block 5 contains: on the first floor - two preschool groups: senior (from 5 to 6 years old) and preparatory (from 6 to 7 years old); on the second floor there are rooms for additional classes. Block 6 houses a swimming pool with associated facilities. The occupancy of nursery groups is 20 children per group, preschool groups - 25 children per group. Kindergarten opening hours are 12 noon. The duration of stay of children in kindergarten is 12 hours. Group cells of a kindergarten are isolated rooms belonging to each children's group. The structure of the group cell includes: dressing room, group, bedroom, pantry, toilet. Meals for children are organized in a group room. For washing dishes in the pantry, there are 2 nested sinks with cold hot water supply. Toilet facilities are divided into a wash area and a sanitary unit area. In the washroom area there are children's washbasins and a shower tray enclosed by a transformable fence. Toilets are located in the area of ​​sanitary facilities. The toilet for toddlers is equipped in one room, where there are three washbasins for children, one washbasin for adults, a cupboard for pots and a drain for processing them, a children's bath, a shower tray, utility cabinets. In preschool groups, there are five washbasins for children, one washbasin for staff, five children's toilet bowls, a shower tray, and one heated towel rail. Reception and dressing rooms are equipped with wardrobes for outerwear for children and staff. Each dressing room has drying cabinets for drying outerwear. In the dressing rooms there are racks for toys used on walks. The equipment and furniture of all rooms is appropriate for the height and age of the children. In group rooms for children there are 4-seater, 2-seater and single tables according to the number of children. For children of the senior and preparatory groups, tables with a changing inclination of the cover are installed. To show filmstrips in groups, slide projectors and screens are provided; televisions are used to show television programs and videos. To organize an ecological space (a corner of nature), a special closet is provided in each group room. The bedrooms are equipped with fixed beds 120 cm long (for children under 3 years old) and 140 cm long (for children 3-7 years old). For the harmonious development of children, there are rooms for a speech therapist, a psychologist, a sensory room, halls for music and sports, an office for additional foreign language classes, an art room, and a nature room. The sensory room affects the sensory sensations of children with various stimulants - light, tactile sensations, smells, music. For this, special equipment is provided in the sensory room. At the halls for sports and music classes, pantries for storing inventory were designed. A swimming pool has been designed to teach children to swim. The pool premises include: a bathroom with a bathtub - 7x3,2 m, two dressing rooms with bathrooms, showers, an instructor's room with a shower and a bathroom, a nurse's room with a laboratory, a pantry for inventory, a room for cleaning equipment, a utility room, a ventilation chamber. At the exit points from the shower room to the bypass path, foot baths are provided with a length and width of 0,8 m and a depth of 0,1 m. The one-time capacity of the pool is 12 people. The medical block located on the ground floor consists of a medical office, a treatment room and an isolation room. The isolation ward includes: two wards (for two infections), a toilet with a place for preparing disinfectants. The building provides for the following office and amenity premises: the manager's office, the methodological office, the supply manager's room, the staff room, utility storerooms and bathrooms for staff. The number of personnel in one shift is 30 people. The catering unit is designed to work on raw materials. The composition of the catering unit includes the following premises: dispensing; hot, cold, meat and fish and vegetable shops (secondary processing of vegetables); washing kitchen utensils; pantry of dry products; pantry of vegetables with primary processing of vegetables; three refrigerators and one freezer for storing perishable products; boot; cloakroom for staff with shower and WC. The space-planning solution for the premises of the catering unit provides for a sequence of technological processes that exclude counter flows of raw and finished products.
