Architectural solutions

The project provides for the construction of buildings of a general education school for 400 places and a preschool institution for 150 places. The two buildings are interconnected by a passage and form a single complex in order to achieve maximum convenience during operation. This decision was made based on the presence of a common catering unit for two buildings. The distance between the buildings and, accordingly, the length of the transition correspond to the current fire safety regulations. The number of storeys of the building is dictated by the functional purpose: kindergarten - 2 floors; secondary school - variable number of floors - 1-3 floors. The color scheme of the kindergarten is decided in a major scale, subordinate to the general volumetric structure of the building. For the wholeness and balance of the composition of the entire complex, the color scheme of the school is somewhat restrained and marked with a seal of rigor. The following materials were used as finishing materials for the entire complex: - plinth - ceramic tiles; - walls - decorative facade plaster with subsequent painting according to the color scheme. - roof - corrugated board. The colors of the materials are displayed on the sheets of the section - AR "Color solution of facades". All materials used for interior decoration comply with current standards and regulations. Premises intended for permanent residence of people have natural light and meet the requirements for the duration of insolation. To ensure the protection of the premises from heat loss, the following measures are provided: - expanded clay γ = 600 kg/m3 is laid in the floor structures on the ground of the remaining premises. The insulation of the outer walls was carried out in accordance with the heat engineering calculation, taking into account the climatic characteristics of the construction area. The composition of the outer wall avoids condensation on the inner surface. Waterproofing is provided in the design of the floor in wet rooms. As a waterproofing in all wet rooms, it is accepted - isol I-BD GOST 10296-79 * on hot bituminous mastic MBK-G-55 GOST 12889-80.

Constructive decisions

The school building is multi-storey, complex in plan, divided by anti-seismic seams into five blocks. Block A (gym) is a one-story building without a technical underground, rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the axes of 21,0x35,14m. The height of the hall to the lower truss belt is 6,0 m. The structural scheme of the block is a single-story frame with wall filling with aerated concrete blocks 200 mm thick, density 500 kg / m3. Foundations - stand-alone under the columns on a natural base, the base of the foundations - gravel and gravel soil with loamy aggregate. Columns - monolithic w / concrete rectangular section. Vertical connections along the columns are metal. Roof trusses - single-pitched metal. Roofing - roofing panels of the "sandwich" type on metal girders. Hard disk coverage is created by a system of horizontal links. Block B is a three-story building with a technical underground. The frame is monolithic reinforced concrete with crossbarless ceilings. Foundations - monolithic reinforced concrete. The walls of the technical underground are monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 400x400mm, ceilings without crossbars 200mm thick, concrete of columns and ceilings - class. B25. Landings and marches - monolithic reinforced concrete. Exterior walls made of aerated concrete blocks 200mm thick with insulation and a plaster layer. Wall insulation materials according to the "Termotek" system are indicated in the AP kit. Block B is complex in plan, with dimensions in the axes of 22,6x42,2m, two-story with a technical underground. The frame is monolithic reinforced concrete with beam ceilings. Foundations - monolithic reinforced concrete, walls of the technical underground - monolithic reinforced concrete thicknesses. 300mm. Concrete class IN 20. Columns with a section of 400x400, floor slabs of thickness. 200mm, beams for different lengths of different heights. Concrete of columns and floors - class. B25. Landings and marches - monolithic reinforced concrete. Exterior walls made of aerated concrete blocks, thickness. 200mm with a density of 500kg/m3 with insulation according to the "Termotek" system. Block G is 21,0 x 58,73 m in plan, two-story in the A-A / 2 axes, the rest is three-story. Tech underground with floor mark - 2,600. Frame - monolithic reinforced concrete with beam ceilings and stiffening diaphragms. Columns - with a section of 400x400mm, floor slabs of thickness. 200mm, beams of different heights for different spans. Concrete of columns and floors - class. B25. Concrete of foundations and walls of the technical underground class. IN 20. Landings and marches - monolithic reinforced concrete. Exterior walls made of aerated concrete blocks, thickness. 200mm with a density of 500kg/m3 with insulation according to the "Termotek" system. Stiffness diaphragms - monolithic reinforced concrete thicknesses. 200mm, concrete class. B25. Frames of blocks A, B, C, D were calculated using the Lira software package. Characteristics of roof structures, floors. The school in block B and the two-story part of block D also have combined roofs. In block A - roofing panels. Blocks C and D have attic roofs with the composition of the roofs: - professional flooring NS 35-1000-0.7; - wooden crate 50x50mm with a step of 500mm; - waterproofing film "Yutafol D96"; - wooden truss system. Insulation with vapor barrier and waterproofing film on reinforced concrete floor slab. All wooden roofing products are impregnated with antiseptics and fire retardants against rotting and fire. The fastenings of the roof structures are made taking into account anti-seismic requirements. Floor structures are designed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.03.13-88 “Floors. Design standards". The floors are made after laying all the communications reflected in the relevant parts of the project. Before the installation of a screed from a cement-sand mortar M150, bituminous mastic was applied to the waterproofing, followed by sprinkling with a fraction of 1,5-5 mm. Floor installation work must comply with the requirements of SNiP 3.04.01-87 "Insulating and finishing coatings". Fire safety. The project provides for the following protection measures: - the use of building structures, finishing and heat-insulating materials with standard fire hazard indicators; - protection of wooden elements with flame retardants from fire; - use of primary fire extinguishing means; - organization of an external fire extinguishing system. The fire protection system provides for compliance with the necessary fire breaks to neighboring buildings, provision of entrances for fire trucks, the use of modern fire protection equipment, reliable power supply and lightning protection.
