Architectural solutions

Designed two extensions to the existing building. The dimensions of the extensions in axes are 22,0x22,9 m, the height from ground level to the overhang of the roof eaves is 7,4 m, the height of the roof ridge is 7,75 m. The overall dimensions of the building in the axes are 78,0x32,17 m. The maximum height of the existing building from the level ground to the top of the parapet - 10,55 m. The outer walls of the outbuildings are sandwich panels on steel structures. The walls of the existing building are brick. New and existing walls are faced with a ventilated facade system with insulation and an outer layer of two-color porcelain stoneware slabs. Roofing - low-slope on steel structures. Roof - combined rolled with unorganized drain. Windows, stained-glass windows, external doors - metal-plastic profiles filled with double-glazed windows. In the existing building, the design solutions provide for redevelopment: in one of the stairwells, a separate exit is designed directly to the street, two dressing rooms are divided into two smaller ones, reception rooms are allocated in the lobby, and a bathroom for the disabled is provided. New vestibules of the main entrance and a porch with a ramp for wheelchair users have been designed. In the northern extension, a gym with axes of 22,9x15,0 m and two levels of locker rooms with showers, universal bathrooms, inventory and coaching rooms were designed. In the southern extension, a general physical training hall with axes dimensions of 22,9x15,0 m was designed with locker rooms at the level of the hall and a set of auxiliary premises similar to those in the northern annex. The second level of the southern extension (above the locker rooms) is the area for table tennis tables - not separated from the volume of the hall. After the reconstruction carried out by design solutions, the building will have the following premises: 1st floor - five sports halls, ten locker rooms with showers and toilets, a lobby with a wardrobe and places for receiving visitors, inventory, coaching, engineering rooms; 2nd floor - one gym, table tennis area, two locker rooms with showers and toilets, administration offices, a medical center, ventilation chambers. In addition to the two existing staircases of the L1 type, staircases of the 3rd type and evacuation exits from the gyms at the ends of the building were designed.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Structural solutions for the reconstruction of the building are developed in accordance with the survey of the building. The existing building consists of three one-story double-height sports halls and a two-story central part and one sports hall on the 2nd floor in the central part. Two sports halls are single-span with a covering of single-pitched reinforced concrete beams with a span of 9,0 m, based on brick pylons. The double-height gym in the central part of the building is a single-span of gabled reinforced concrete beams with a span of 18,0 m, based on brick walls. The covering of the halls is prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs. Structural scheme of the central two-story part of the building: on the first floor - a two-span incomplete frame, on the second floor - a single-span incomplete frame. Overlapping and covering of the central part of the building - prefabricated reinforced concrete flooring. Prefabricated reinforced concrete structures of ceilings and coatings do not have defects that reduce their bearing capacity and are in working condition. The walls of the building are made of ceramic hollow bricks. Internal walls 510 mm thick. External walls 640 mm thick with pylons with a section of 860x550 mm and stained glass windows. The walls, with the exception of defective sections, are in a limited working condition and are suitable for further safe operation, subject to repair work. In existing brick walls, cracks are sealed, lintels and defective areas are repaired, steel lintels are installed over new openings, and walls are insulated. The foundations of the building - on a natural base of monolithic reinforced concrete: under the columns - freestanding; under the walls - tape, partially foundation beams. In the foundations and in the brick outer walls of the central part, in the zone where the one-story gymnasium adjoins the two-story part, the survey revealed cracks over the entire height of the building, caused by uneven foundation settlements. The technical condition of the building is assigned to the second category of technical condition. The condition of the foundations is operable and partially operable in part of the building. Design solutions during the reconstruction provide for strengthening the base of existing foundations along the line of adjoining extensions by the silicification method. The extensions are designed in a steel supporting frame, consisting of five two-span frames. Frame pitch 6,0 m and 4,9 m. Span of frames 15,0+7,0 m. Adjacency to the existing building - cantilever, with sedimentary seams. Columns and beams - from rolled steel profiles. The floor slab in the span of 7,0 m is made of monolithic reinforced concrete (class B15 concrete) along the profiled deck as a fixed formwork. The outbuildings are covered with profiled flooring along the girders of steel channels. Rigidity and stability of the frame is ensured by the frame nodes of the frame in the transverse direction, in the longitudinal direction - by vertical ties, a hard disk of the coating. The rigidity of the disk of the cover and ceiling is ensured by fastening the profiled sheet to the beams with self-tapping screws in each wave. The outer walls of the outbuildings are hinged sandwich panels. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the SCAD software package. The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The foundations were designed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. The foundations of the building are monolithic reinforced concrete on a natural foundation with a laying depth below the freezing depth of the soil: under the columns - free-standing columnar ones with anchor bolts for attaching the columns; under the walls - beams with a section of 200x450 cm, based on the foundations of the columns. Foundations made of concrete B15 W6F150.
