The project documentation provides for a major overhaul of the building of the State Educational Institution "Secondary Educational School". The existing school building was built in 1983 according to the LenZNIiEP 2S-02-10 standard design and is a detached H-shaped building in plan, consisting of 3 blocks: a 2-storey public block, which has dimensions in the extreme axes 72.0x11.740m, a 4-storey educational block, which has dimensions in the extreme axes 72.0x11.740m, and between them - a 2-storey block-transition, which has dimensions in the extreme axes (30.0x12.00) m. The building is frame-panel with a basement floor, without an attic, with a ventilated roof (except for the coverings of the sports and assembly halls) with a built-up area of ​​2453.0m2. For a relative mark of 0.000, the mark of the finished floor of the 1st floor of the building was taken. The maximum height from the ground level to the parapet is 15.035m. The functional purpose of the building is a secondary school of I, II and III levels of education, which is designed for 525 people. The maximum number of students in a class is 21. The project for the overhaul of the building under the AR section provides for: redevelopment of premises of overground floors; insulation of external walls and coatings; repair and insulation of the roof, fencing on the roof of a 4-storey educational block; dismantling the porch of the main entrance, with the device in its place of the entrance vestibule with a porch and a ramp; repair of blind areas and porches; replacement of stair and porch railings; construction of an external staircase, arrangement of new emergency exits and new porches. replacement of window and door blocks;  arrangement of visors over the entrances; replacement of structures and floor coverings; sound insulation of existing concrete partitions, construction of new partitions; repair and decoration of premises. The redevelopment of the premises did not entail changes in the structural scheme of the building and the volumetric and spatial solution. In the basement there are auxiliary premises of the dining room (dressing rooms, pantries, rooms for the manager and staff), electrical switchboard, storage room for fluorescent lamps, ITP, ventilation chambers, water metering unit and engineering communications wiring. On the ground floor, the following are designed: entrance and vestibule groups with wardrobes, primary school classrooms, the head teacher's office, a sports hall with auxiliary facilities (cloakrooms, showers, restrooms, coaching, equipment), a housekeeping room, extended day groups, a dining room with a kitchen and a dining room, switch room, speech therapist's office, security room, halls, lobbies, corridors, latrines. On the second floor are designed: elementary school classrooms, classes and offices of special and exact disciplines, laboratory assistants, director's office with reception, office of the head teacher and deputy director, teacher's office, psychologist's and social pedagogue's offices, methodological office, medical center, dentist's office, visual a hall with an artistic room, an inventory room, a choreography room with dressing rooms, accounting, a ventilation chamber, a game room, halls, lobbies, corridors, latrines. On the third floor there are: offices, laboratory, teacher's room, server room, teachers' rest room, vestibule, latrines. On the fourth floor there are: offices, laboratory, reading room, book depository, hall, museum, vestibule, latrines. The school building has 4 evacuation staircases (3 existing and 1 newly designed) type L1, which have access to the territory adjacent to the building and 1 internal staircase leading to the lobby from the basement floor. From the basement floor, exits are designed, separated from the common stairwells of the building and leading directly to the outside. Exterior walls - existing panel walls are insulated with mineral wool boards with a layer thickness of 100 mm, finished with porcelain stoneware according to the "ventilated facade" system. The plinth is insulated from the outside with polystyrene foam plates, followed by facing with porcelain stoneware on mortar. Newly erected partitions - aerated concrete blocks and partially brick. Doors - metal-plastic and metal, office and wooden, glazed and deaf, in fire-prevention and ordinary design. Windows - PVC profiles with double-glazed windows and micro-ventilation system. Stained-glass windows - aluminum profiles with single-chamber double-glazed windows of tempered glass. Floors - ceramic granite, TZI linoleum, rolled sports flooring, ceramic tiles, parquet, laminate, concrete. Peaks - roofing profiled steel sheet with a polymer coating. Roofing - rolled, the top layer with a protective coating. The drainage of the educational 4-storey block is outdoor organized. Interior decoration of walls and partitions - painting with water-dispersed paints, ceramic tiles. Walls in rooms with a wet operating mode are faced with ceramic tiles to a height of 1.8 meters from the floor. In the cabinets, in the places where the sinks are installed, an apron made of ceramic tiles is arranged. Ceilings - water-based paint. Suspended ceilings - type "Armstrong". False ceilings - slatted. The project provides for measures to ensure the accessibility of the building to people with limited mobility. One of the entrances to the building is equipped with a ramp. The ramps have a width of at least 1.20 m, a slope of 8%, sides - a height of 0.15 m, a hard surface that does not allow slipping. There is a visor above the entrance. Ramps and stairs have railings on both sides with double-height handrails. The depth of the entrance vestibule is assumed to be at least 1.80 m, the width is at least 2,20 m. Entrance doors, tambour doors and on escape routes have a width of at least 0.90 m and are equipped with an automatic closing delay system. Doorways do not have thresholds, the floor height difference in the entrance door openings is no more than 0.025 m. The floor areas and the transparent door panels are marked with contrast markings. The width of the corridor is assumed to be at least 1,80 m. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a specially equipped cabin. The slopes of footpaths and sidewalks do not exceed 5% in the longitudinal direction and 1% - 2% in the transverse direction. There are sections of sidewalks with a lowered curb, the height of the side stone at the height difference does not exceed 0.04m.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The constructive scheme of the building is a reinforced concrete frame with self-supporting walls made of expanded clay concrete panels. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the reinforced concrete frame, reinforced concrete floor slabs, stiffening diaphragms and self-supporting wall panels. The foundations for the racks of the frames are monolithic reinforced concrete glass type. The frame of the building - prefabricated reinforced concrete two-span frames. The span between the frames is 12.0 m. Walls - self-supporting from expanded clay concrete panels 300 mm thick. Internal walls made of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels 75 mm thick, in some areas brick 120 mm and 250 mm thick. Ceilings - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs 100 mm thick. Coating. In the 4-storey section of the building, the roof is combined ventilated from prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed flooring. In 2-storey sections m / o G-R / 11-15 and m / o A-V / 8-17 combined ventilated from prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed flooring, m / o A-B / 1-8 and A- B/17-25 combined, non-ventilated. Coating - reinforced cement shells 3.0x12.0 m. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Porch of the main entrance - reinforced concrete columns on columnar reinforced concrete foundations. Floor slabs and coatings are prefabricated reinforced concrete, stairs - reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers. Porches along the axes B / 23-25 ​​and 11 / I-L - reinforced concrete floor slabs and slopes along the walls of prefabricated concrete blocks. A survey of the foundations with a fragment of the pits found that the foundations are in working condition. No deformation or damage was found. The natural foundations of the existing foundations of the building are brown dusty sandy loam with nests of sand and gravel, hard pebbles with the following physical and mechanical characteristics: <p = 27°; e = 0,372; p = 2,22 t/m3; c = 0,20 kg/cm2; E = 220 kg/cm2. The maximum groundwater level is at a depth of 0.5 - 1.0 m from the earth's surface. Groundwater is slightly aggressive towards W4 concrete. An annular drainage is carried out around the building, lowering the groundwater level to the level of -3,000m (abs. 23,260). The technical condition of the supporting frame of the building (reinforced concrete frames, columns, crossbars), the outer panels of the walls of the building, floor slabs and coatings in working order. Examination of the fastening elements of external expanded clay concrete panels to the supporting frame of the building did not reveal deviations from the requirements of SNiP 3.03.01-87 "Bearing and enclosing structures" and GOST 10922-90. As a result of the survey, the strength characteristics of the materials of the supporting and enclosing structures of the building were determined. The tests were carried out in accordance with GOST 22690 using the IPS-MG 4.03 instrument. The strength of concrete reinforced concrete frames, columns, floor slabs and coatings corresponds to class B20. The actual strength values ​​of concrete in load-bearing structures correspond to the design values. Since the structural scheme of the building and its functional purpose do not change, the bearing capacity of the structural elements of the building ensures the design loads acting on them. Structural reinforcement is not required. Staircases and landings in working order. The technical condition of the load-bearing columns of the central entrance is limitedly operable, the structures of the porch, canopy and steps are unacceptable. The project provides: New evacuation ladder along the axis "B" m / o 6-8. Stair frame - metal columns made of pipes 140x6.0 mm in accordance with GOST 8639-82 * and beams from channel No. 16 in accordance with GOST 8240-97. The foundation is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 300 mm thick made of concrete B20, W6, F100. Walls - aerated concrete blocks 200 mm thick. Flights of stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps along metal stringers, monolithic reinforced concrete platforms along metal frame beams. Covering - metal tile "RUUKKI" on metal beams. Dismantling of the existing porch of the main entrance along the A/11-15 axis and porches along the B/23-25 ​​and 11/I-L axes. New porches and main entrance ramp: Foundations of concrete wall blocks on a sand cushion 200 mm thick. Coating slabs - monolithic reinforced concrete from B20 class concrete. Steps - prefabricated reinforced concrete on metal stringers. Canopies over the porches - metal tiles of the "RUUKKI" type on metal frame of racks, trusses and girders. Canopies over the entrances - metal tiles on a metal frame. New outer walls of the basement, due to the deepening of the existing technical underground to el. -2,220, cast-in-situ reinforced concrete B20, W6, F100 based on existing foundations of the frame columns.
