The projected building of a kindergarten for 400 children is a three-story building with a basement and a technical underground, in the form of a volume with overall dimensions in the axes of 64,2x35,5 m. The height of the technical underground is 1,6 m (to the bottom of the beams), the basement is 2,95 m (clean), 1-3 floors - 3,30m (clean). The roof is combined, flat with an organized internal and external drain. The height of the building from ground level to the top of the roof parapet is 12,27 m. The functional fire hazard class is F 1.1. For the relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the level of the finished floor on the first floor of the designed building is taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 187,45. In the basement of the building there are: a laundry block; Technical buildings. On the 1st floor of the building there are: lobby group; catering department; medical block; three group cells for children under 3 years old (early age); one group cell for children from 3 to 4 years old. On the 2nd floor of the building there are: three group cells for children from 3 to 4 years old; three group cells for children from 4 to 5 years old; gym and music halls. On the 3rd floor of the building there are: three group cells for children from 5 to 6 years old; three group cells for children from 6 to 7 years old; administrative block. The porch of the main entrance to the first floor of the building is located along axis A in axes 6-7 and is equipped with a ramp with a slope of 5% for people with limited mobility. Enclosing structures of external walls and roofs are designed in terms of energy saving (in accordance with SP 50.13330.2012), and insulated with mineral wool insulation of sufficient thickness to ensure the internal temperature of the premises +210C. For the interconnection of the floors, an elevator with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg is provided, which has the function of transporting fire departments. On the 2nd and 3rd floors (except the first one), fireproof zones are designed near the elevators. The basement is located in the central part of the building, in axes 4-10. Under the rest of the building, a technical underground is designed, which is intended only for laying engineering communications. The basement and technical underground have exits separated from the overlying floors leading directly to the outside. The enclosing structures of the outer walls of the designed building are designed from the conditions of energy saving (in accordance with SP 50.13330.2012) and insulated with mineral wool insulation of sufficient thickness for the internal temperature of the premises +200C.
