General information.

Steel frame of the building, metal stairs and platforms are designed in a set of drawings. Plinth 0,9 m high - made of masonry 250 mm thick of ceramic bricks of the KR-r-po brand 250 × 120 × 65 / 1NF / 100 / 2,0 / 50 / GOST 530-2012 on cement mortar grade 50 with effective non-combustible mineral wool insulation, 80 mm thick, and facing with porcelain stoneware tiles according to the “ventilated facade” system. External walls above the plinth from wall sandwich panels 100 mm thick, consisting of two steel sheets with non-combustible mineral wool insulation based on basalt fiber with a density of at least 115 kg / m3 with a thermal conductivity coefficient of not more than 0,041 W / mK with a normalized heat transfer resistance of at least 1,97 m2°C/W. Panel layout is vertical. Windows and ventilation louvres are made of aluminum profiles. Windows are glazed with single-chamber double-glazed windows with a reduced heat transfer resistance of at least 0,35 m2 ° C / W with transparent colorless glass 4 mm thick. For glazing explosive premises, windows with easily removable single glazing tinted to protect against direct sunlight are accepted. Installation of sandwich panels, windows, gates, louvered grilles is carried out according to technical solutions, assemblies and specifications of the Supplier. Wall sandwich panels, windows, louvered ventilation grilles, gates and external doors must be supplied as a set, including: fachwerk elements and fixtures; flashings; low tides; profiles for framing openings, penetrations and parapets with factory finishing, sealing materials, sealants, etc. Roof made of roofing sandwich panels 150 mm thick, consisting of two steel sheets with non-combustible insulation made of mineral wool based on basalt fiber with a density of at least 115 kg/m3 with a thermal conductivity coefficient of not more than 0,041 W/mK. Roof gutters are organized internal. The roofing shall be carried out in accordance with the project for the production of works for the construction of the building, SNiP 3.04.01-87 "Insulating and finishing coatings" and the instructions of the Supplier. Lightning protection measures are provided in the set of electrical drawings. Along the perimeter of the building, make a blind area with a width of 1,0 m with a slope of at least 1% from the building with an asphalt-concrete coating, with joints in increments of 3 m. The blind area is a pedestrian zone. At the entrances to the warehouse buildings, ramps with concrete coating are provided. Doors of emergency exits should not have locks that prevent them from being freely opened from the inside without a key. Partitions between warehouses are made of fire-resistant sandwich panels. The fire resistance limit of the partition is at least EI 45 (fireproof partition of the 1st type). The surface color on both sides is white RAL 9003. Masonry of walls and partitions with a thickness of 250 mm, 120 mm should be made of ceramic bricks of the KR-r-po brand 250 × 120 × 65 / 1NF / 100 / 2,0 / 50 / GOST 530-2012 on a mortar of brand 50 to a height of 900 mm to the level plinth. Above, the laying of partitions is made of silicate brick of the SURP-M100 / F25 / 1,8 brand GOST 379-2015 on a cement-sand mortar M50. Reinforce brick partitions with a thickness of 120 mm along the entire length with meshes of 2 rods Ø 5 Vp1 every 400 mm in height. Install transverse reinforcement Ø 3 Vr1 in increments of 200 mm. Partitions should be fixed to the elements of coverings or ceilings with a step of 1,5 m, to columns with a step of 400 mm. Wall laying shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SP 15.13330.2012 Updated edition of SNiP II-22-81* "Stone and reinforced masonry structures". To ensure the gas-tightness of partitions of explosive premises, brickwork before coating should be carried out with dense filling of the joints with mortar and plastering on both sides. Seal the gap between the coating and the brickwork with non-combustible mineral wool and an elastic fire-resistant sealant СР 601S (HILTY). To ensure the required fire resistance limit, corresponding to the building fire resistance grade IV, fire protection of the metal structures of the frame is carried out according to the fire protection project in accordance with the "Terms of Reference for Fire Protection of Metal Structures". Under the supporting sections of reinforced concrete elements (lintels), provide a layer of cement-sand mortar with a thickness of not more than 15 mm. Horizontal waterproofing of the brickwork of the basement and brick walls at el. 0,000 should be made with a thickness of 30 mm from a cement-sand mortar with a composition of 1: 2 with water-repellent additives. Reinforced concrete lintels are provided in brick walls and partitions above holes with a width of more than 700 mm. Above openings with a width of up to 700 mm inclusive, make ordinary jumpers from 2 rods Ø 5 Vp1 in a layer of mortar M 200 30 mm thick. When performing masonry in winter, be guided by the indication of SP 15.13330.2012 "Stone and reinforced masonry structures". The installation of clean floors should be carried out after laying all communications, the installation of channels, pits and foundations for equipment. Perform brickwork of walls and partitions, taking into account the penetrations of ventilation and electrical ducts according to the drawings of grade OV and E. After installing ventilation equipment, cable structures for laying cables through brick walls, partitions and ceilings, carefully close the gaps in the openings between communications, structures and the wall or floor with cement-sand mortar M 50. The number of lamps and their placement are developed and taken into account in the lighting project, a set of drawings "Lighting". Floors and finishing works shall be carried out in accordance with the project for the production of works for the construction of the building, work shall be performed after the completion of construction and installation works that may damage the finish. Insulating and finishing works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.04.01-87 "Insulating and finishing coatings". Architectural and construction products (gates, windows, doors, louvered grilles) are made according to the drawings of manufacturers, taking into account the dimensions of openings and characteristics given in the working documentation (GOST), and are agreed with the Customer.
