Characteristic of the object.
Terminal - the complex is located on a leased territory on a plot of a non-residential zone. 
Terminal - complex includes the construction of the following buildings:
- Administrative building No. 1
- Administrative building No. 2
- Storage block 1
- Storage block 2
- Storage block 3
- Storage block 4
- Storage block 5
- Warehouse block 6.
The relief of the site is calm; buildings are missing. Vehicle access to the site is designed along the street from the side of the high-speed diameter. Part of the territory is intended for the route of the city high-speed tram, which is at the design stage. The warehouse complex is intended for floor, long-term storage of frozen products with a freezing temperature from +5 to -20 degrees C. Engineering support is provided from a neighboring enterprise. 

Architectural and planning solutions.

Warehouse blocks
There are six storage blocks on the site, consisting of one or more interlocked sections - refrigerators. Sections - refrigerators have the same dimensions and design solution. Each section is a one-story, arched, frameless, rectangular building with dimensions of 24.06x63.8m. and 10m high. in the middle part. Permanent stay of people in refrigerators is not provided. Sections have IV degree of fire resistance, functional fire hazard class F-5.2 and class C0 for constructive fire hazard; The layout and location of storage blocks, see the layout of the site. Enclosing structures are designed from a self-supporting corrugated steel sheet, curved in the form of arches, followed by foam spraying. Floors - concrete with a thermal cut-off (sandy layer with an electric cable).

Storage blocks 1, 2, 3.
The blocks consist of five sections - refrigerators, located with a gap of 1.4m., The total size is 63.8x126.06m. All refrigeration sections of each block are raised above ground level to a height of 1.2m, united by a ramp from the end side of the sections at the level of the finished floor, equipped with ramps and stairs; canopies are designed over the ramps. Open expeditions, modular rooms for heating points, compressor rooms and heating rooms for workers are placed on the ramps, which are made of light metal structures with insulation.

Warehouse block 4.
The block consists of four sections - refrigerators, located at an angle of 900, the total size is 121.3x68.53m. Refrigeration sections are raised above ground level to a height of 1.2m. and two each are united by a ramp at the level of the finished floor, equipped with ramps and stairs; canopies are designed over the ramps. The ramps accommodate open expeditions, modular rooms for heating points, compressor rooms and heating rooms for workers, which are made of light metal structures with insulation Storage blocks 5 and 6.
The blocks consist of one section - the refrigerator. The total dimensions of each block are 24.06x63.86m.; blocks are raised above ground level by 1.2m. Warehouse block 5 is interlocked with the administrative building 1. A type 1 fire wall is installed between them. A ramp with a canopy is designed at the longitudinal side of the block. Warehouse block 6 is free-standing with a ramp at the end wall. On the ramps there are modular rooms for heating points, compressor rooms and heating rooms for workers, which are made of light metal structures with insulation. All ramps of warehouse blocks are raised to the level of the floor of the warehouse, equipped with canopies, ramps and stairs.

Administrative - household block 1.
The two-story, W-shaped building in plan belongs to class 4.3 in terms of functional fire hazard and class C0 in terms of structural fire hazard; the building has the IV degree of fire resistance and the fire hazard class of building structures K0. The body has dimensions 54.0x24.0m., height 7.5m. The building is divided into 2 fire compartments by a type 1 fire wall along the Zh/I axis. Storage block 5 adjoins the building along axis A, separated by a type 1 fire wall. The layout of the building is a corridor, the building has two stairwells and one type 3 evacuation staircase with elevation 3.600. The building houses amenity rooms for warehouse workers, office space, a medical center, a rest room for drivers, a dining room, meeting rooms, a meeting room and a showroom. Amenity rooms for warehouse workers are allocated in a separate compartment with an independent entrance..

Administrative - household block 2.
Two - three-story, complex in terms of the building belongs to class 4.3 for functional fire hazard and class C0 for constructive fire hazard; the building has the IV degree of fire resistance and the fire hazard class of building structures K0. The body is 1 fire compartment. The outer wall of the building along axis A, axes 3, 4, 6, 7 is designed as a fire wall of the 1st type, compensating for the insufficient distance to the storage block 3 according to fire safety standards, made of foam concrete 300 mm thick. The body has dimensions of 31.35m - 12.0m. x 43.98m, the height of the two-story part is 7.5m., the three-story part is 11.1m. In the building on the 1st and 2nd floors there are household premises for warehouse workers, office premises, a dining room; on the 3rd floor there is a ventilation chamber and a technical room. The building has a corridor layout and is served by two stairwells. Welfare rooms for warehouse workers are allocated in a separate compartment with an independent entrance.

Facade design solutions
“Sandwich” panels made of RANNILA blue metal sheet were adopted as enclosing structures of administrative and amenity blocks. For window fillings, metal-plastic bindings of blue color with double-glazed windows were used. If necessary, fire-resistant windows with bindings also painted blue are installed. Plinths - concrete, lined with gray ceramic tiles. Blind sections of aerated concrete walls are plastered and lined with RANNILA type metal sheet to match the color of the panels.

Solutions for interior decoration.
The interior decoration of the premises is made in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. In the corridors, the walls were painted with fireproof paints of light colors on the prepared surface and the floors were made of ceramic tiles. In office premises, the wall surfaces are pasted over with office wallpaper, followed by painting in light colors. All office premises and corridors have ARMSTRONG suspended ceilings. In the bathrooms, the walls are lined with glazed ceramic tiles for 1.5 m, higher - painted with water-based paint. In the shower rooms, the walls are lined to the full height. The floors are made of ceramic tiles with waterproofing, suspended ceilings are plastic slatted. In the interior decoration, the requirements of SanPin 2.2.2.542-96 “Hygienic requirements for video display terminals, personal machines and organization of work” are taken into account.

Natural lighting and ventilation of premises.
In rooms with a permanent stay of people adjacent to the outer walls, natural lighting is provided through side light windows. In the openings, window blocks with opening sashes are installed. Natural illumination is generally higher than the standard (>1.2). Light lanterns are provided on the second floor to illuminate the premises with permanent residence of workers in the central part of the building on the second floor. For natural ventilation of the premises, it is planned to open at least 20% of window frames with manual opening devices from the floor and lanterns using special devices. In addition, all rooms are equipped with a system of general exchange supply and exhaust ventilation. Light pockets are provided in the corridors.

Protection of premises from noise, vibration and other influences.
Measures to protect against noise and other adverse effects are developed in the environmental protection section. It is planned to place the ventilation chamber in a separate room, separated from neighboring office premises by aerated concrete partitions lined with mineral wool slabs 100 mm thick and drywall. Air ducts are laid behind suspended ceilings with silencers installed, fans are installed on vibration bases. A “floating” floor is provided in the ventilation chamber. In the decoration of the premises, materials that have hygienic certificates and certificates of conformity are used. Household and medical care. Welfare rooms for those working in warehouses are located on the first floors of administrative buildings 1 and 2. In accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.09.04-87 *, the amenity premises include bathrooms, wardrobes for street, home and work clothes, showers, storage linens. For the calculation of the area and equipment, see Appendix 1 (Calculation table for household, auxiliary premises and equipment). The number of employees and the group of production processes are defined in the technological part of the project. Dressing rooms are equipped with lockable metal cabinets according to the payroll of employees: single - with dimensions 250x500x1650 and double - with dimensions 400x500x1650. The required estimated area of ​​amenity premises is 625 m². For those working in office premises and administrative workers, a dignity is provided on each floor. nodes. Technical rooms are provided for service personnel; for security workers, a security room is provided at the lobbies of the buildings on the 1st floor. In the buildings there are rooms for cleaning equipment. Medical care for employees is carried out in the medical center in the building ABK 1 and the health center that exists on the adjacent site. Meals for employees are provided in the dining halls on the ground floor of each administrative and amenity building. Drinking water supply - in imported bottles, factory bottling through floor coolers installed in the dining halls. For workers of warehouses on ramps, rooms for heating are provided in each warehouse block. There is a rest room for drivers of arriving cars in the ABK1 building.
