Brief description of the technological process of cremation equipment

The terms of reference for the building provide for the installation of four cremation ovens. Cremation equipment manufactured by TABO-CS in the Czech Republic. Cremation ovens TABO-CS are among the most modern and environmentally safest types of cremation equipment. Due to modern engineering technologies, these cremators provide complete combustion of biological products without visible smoke, odor and emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere. Three furnaces are installed in the cremation room No. 173, one oven is installed in a separate room for special cremations No. 175. It is planned to install four crematory ovens in the crematorium. Two ovens pos. 205, 206 located in axes 3-5 will be installed first, two furnaces pos. 207, 208 located in axes 6-7 will be installed in the second turn. Premises and utilities for connecting the furnaces of the second stage will be completed during the implementation of the first stage. The main part of the cremation oven is the main cremation chamber, in which the coffin with the remains is burned. The cremation process takes place automatically under specified conditions, which are monitored by an automated control system. The TABO-CS cremation oven control system is based on a computer. The computer control panel is located on the front side of the oven. All the main parameters of the furnace, at various stages of cremation, are reflected on the control panel. The cremation process is controlled automatically using a computer and software specially designed for this purpose. The TABO-SC cremation line control system allows, if necessary, to switch from automated to manual control and vice versa. The automatic furnace control system provides control over the main parameters of the pyrolysis process during cremation: - pressure in the furnace, temperature in the chambers, oxygen content, etc. e. To control the cremation process, the operator displays all the parameters on the computer control panel, in addition, there is the possibility of remote control. Automated control of the cremation process ensures a high level of environmental safety of the incineration process. Cremation takes place under the following parameters: the temperature in the combustion chamber is 1000-1100 0С; gas temperature in the gas duct is 352 0С, gas velocity in the gas duct is 2,41 m/s; volumetric gas flow rate 0,303 m3/s, static gas pressure 58Pa, gas duct diameter 0,4m. The coffin is loaded into the cremation oven using a loading trolley with forks. In the normal state, the forks of the loading trolley are recessed into the floor grooves, which makes it easy to move the trolley with the coffin throughout the loading hall and ensure the installation of the coffin on the forks of the trolley. The vertical movement of the fork is provided by a built-in electro-hydraulic device. The oven loading window door is opened from the loading cart control panel. The connection of the trolley with the furnace control system is provided by a cable laid in the floor. The delivery set includes a railroad with cantilevered electro-hydraulic loading equipment. The floor between the rails is made of the same material as the floor of the cremation hall. Thanks to the perfect design of the cremator and in particular the charging equipment, only one person is needed to operate. (kiln operator). The furnace is switched on only after the loading window is closed. The cremation program for a large, medium or small coffin is pre-selected. After moving the coffin into the furnace, the pyrolysis process begins. The fuel used in the cremation oven is natural gas with a fuel combustion calorific value of 33,5 MJ/m3n, the required gas pressure at the inlet is 35 kPa and a minimum temperature of +10 0C. Each cremation oven must have its own gas supply with a branch from the main gas pipeline in the building. The maximum gas consumption of the auxiliary automatic burner "TO" is 1 m65n/h. Solutions for gas supply, see the section of the project "Gas supply system". The main gas burner of the combustion chamber is normally only operated to bring the furnace up to operating temperature. According to the information provided by the manufacturer of the cremation oven, there are no special ventilation requirements for the cremation room - the environment around the cremation ovens is normal, explosion-proof, and dust-free. The products of combustion are discharged through the chimney; an ejector is supplied with the chimney to provide forced draft. After the end of the cremation process, the cooled ashes are carefully collected in an ash pan, crushed and automatically poured into an urn. The technological process is designed in such a way that the operator cannot contact the cremated remains, which corresponds to generally accepted moral and ethical standards and hygienic requirements. To grind the ashes, a cremulator (ash processing cabinet) is used, which is a ball mill with a built-in suction device. The cremulator complies with the requirements of hygiene, ethics and healthcare of the attendants, as it excludes direct contact with the ashes of the deceased. At the end of the grinding cycle, the ashes are automatically poured into the urn installed at the bottom of the cremulator, and the metal parts remain in the ash pan. At the end of the grinding process, metal parts, objects are collected in a special container and removed. One of the cremation ovens is installed in a separate room No. 175 designed for special cremations. The entrance to the cremation room is completely isolated from other rooms, through the temporary storage room for unclaimed remains No. 176, from the street. For temporary storage of residues No. 176, a cassette-type refrigerating chamber with retractable pallets, the number of pallets is 5, the temperature regime is from +5 to -50 C. The camera is supplied with a trolley lift, racks, stretchers. The operating mode of the crematorium is 2 shifts of 8 hours. The number of working days per year is 250. The number of cremations per day for 1 oven is 14 cremations. The number of cremations per day for 4 ovens is 56 cremations per day.
