The building of the House of Culture is a detached, one-two-story, without a basement and without an attic, with a flat combined roof, rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the axes - 44,0 x 32,17 m. The one-story part of the building is an auditorium with auxiliary facilities for the stage. Number of floors - 1, 2. The maximum height of the building from the planning level of the ground to the parapet of the roof of the stairwells is 13,33 m. The height of the first floor of the building from the floor to the false ceiling is 0,000 m. The height of the second floor is 3,5 m. On the first floor of the building there are: premises of the spectator demonstration complex (entrance premises - lobby-foyer with a dressing room; an auditorium for 200 seats with a stage; a security room, and latrines, a universal lavatory for MGN); OFP hall with inventory, dressing rooms, restrooms and showers; classrooms for music circles; library (for 6,0 thousand storage units, consists of three combined premises: an open fund room, a reading area, a closed fund room); utility room for the janitor; custodial closet; technical premises (ventilation chamber / heating unit, water metering unit, electrical panel room). The auditorium for 200 seats is designed as double-height, with a height from floor to false ceiling of 6,0 m. The auditorium provides six seats for MGN in wheelchairs. The auditorium is designed with the rise of the parterre area. Premises serving the stage are provided (a waiting room for entering the stage, a dressing room, a dimmer room, a dressing room, a storage room for furniture and equipment). On the second floor of the building there are: rooms for rhythm and choreography with dressing rooms, lavatories and showers; classrooms for arts and crafts, robotics and theater classes; a conference room, if necessary, combined with an office of a theater group (transformable partition); administration and staff offices; two staff rooms for rest and meals; custodial closet; Technical buildings; security zone for MGN in the elevator lobby. From the conference room there is access to the balcony. Vertical communication between floors is carried out by two staircases. The width of the flights of stairs is 1,35 m. For access to the second floor, a passenger elevator "OTIS Gen2 Premier MRL" is provided, with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg, with cabin dimensions of 2,1 x 1,1 m, with a mode of transportation for fire departments. On the second floor in the elevator hall there is a security zone. The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The outer walls are two-layer, with floor-by-floor support on interfloor ceilings, designed from aerated concrete blocks 375 mm thick with ceramic brick cladding, 120 mm thick. Finishing the basement - plaster on the grid, painting with facade paints. Stained-glass windows - a translucent facade post-transom system made of Alutech ALTF 50 aluminum profiles, with single-chamber double-glazed windows. Windows - made of PVC profiles in accordance with GOST 30674-99, with single-chamber double-glazed windows. Entrance doors - aluminum glazed. External doors of technical premises, service entrance, evacuation exit from the stage - metal, insulated. Peaks, entrance group - sheathing with steel cassettes. The roof is made of rolled welded materials, with an external organized drainage system. The roof structure includes extruded polystyrene foam boards 100 mm thick, mineral wool boards made of stone fiber 100 mm thick. There is a section of the exploited roof covered with paving slabs. The fencing of the operated roof is a brick parapet 600 mm high with an additional (up to a height of 1,2 m) metal fencing 600 mm high. The fencing of the non-exploited roof is a brick parapet 600 mm high. There are two exits to the roof from the stairwells along the flights of stairs. Partitions - two types: frame, 100 and 175 mm thick - with plasterboard sheathing on a single metal frame (Knauf complete system), and aerated concrete, 100, 200 mm thick. The elevator shaft is monolithic reinforced concrete, 200 mm thick. Walls of technical rooms, pantries - water-based paint. Walls of corridors, stairwells, elevator lobbies, OFP hall, classrooms for classes, administration and staff offices - pasted with glass wallpaper, painted with water-based paint. Foyer walls - cladding with decorative glass-magnesium panels with acrylate coating, pasting with glass wallpaper, painting with water-based paint. The auditorium for 200 seats - cladding with acoustic panels "Ecofon" (fragments), pasting with glass wallpaper painted with water-based paint. Finishing of ceilings in rooms for ventilation equipment, in the room of a water meter unit - water-based painting. Shower rooms, latrines, cleaning equipment rooms, a utility room for a janitor, entrance vestibules - a suspended ceiling made of metal cassettes 600x600 mm on a metal frame. Auditorium for 200 seats – Ecophon Master and Ecophon Master Rigid Gamma acoustic ceilings (slab dimensions 600 x 600 mm). Vestibule/foyer, stairwells, elevator lobbies, security zones MGN - suspended ceiling on a metal frame filled with mineral plates of the "DUNE NG Armstrong" type. Flights of stairs and landings - plasterboard sheathing of a metal frame, water-based coloring. The rest of the rooms - a suspended ceiling of 600 x 600 mm mineral slabs on a metal frame. Floors in the corridors, vestibules, stairwells, foyers, elevator lobbies, storage rooms, technical rooms - ceramic granite tiles. The floors in the locker rooms, in the staff room, and in the inventory rooms are wear-resistant linoleum. The floors in the OFP hall, in the rooms of rhythm and choreography - panel parquet. The floors in the auditorium, in the classrooms, in the offices of the administration and staff, and in the security room are laminated. Stage floor - metal construction, decking - deck timber (larch, 80 mm thick). Wooden elements are treated with fire retardant Perilaks.
