Information about the functional purpose of the capital construction object
The complex of sports facilities is intended for the training process (I stage of construction) and the organization of competitions in cross-country skiing (Phase of construction - will allow competitions at the city and regional levels). In the future (outside the scope of this project), the third stage of construction is planned - a 3,75 km long ski-roller track and an access road with parking lots for spectators, which will allow holding national-level competitions. At the IV stage of construction, it is planned to bring the complex to the international level by building ski slopes 5 km and 7,5 km long, as well as creating infrastructure on site No. 2 near the ave. Lenin with multi-storey parking lots for spectators (2 x 300 cars), a hotel, a restaurant, a sports complex with training halls and a ski rental base for spectators, as well as a garage for special equipment. This project provides for design solutions for the first two stages of construction on the territory within the boundaries of site No. 1. At Plot No. 1, the project provides for the construction of a sports ski stadium as an indoor sports complex without stands for spectators, consisting of three pavilions: Pavilion of judges; Pavilion for competitors (service area); - Pavilion for competitors, team locker rooms (second stage of construction). For the operation of the facility, the following engineering structures are provided: Asphalted area for the start and finish of ski competitions; Boiler room; Boosting water pumping station; Fire-fighting water tanks (2 pcs); Sewer pumping station (SPS); Pumping station (DNS); Transformer and distribution substations (BRTP); Projector lighting of the stadium; car parks; Fencing. At the second stage of construction, the following is provided: Technical area for snow harvesting and storage, consisting of: Water storage tanks (2 pcs.); Boosting water pumping station, which houses: pumps for pumping water; water treatment system; household premises for o5.
