Improvement
Design documentation has been developed for the reconstruction of the outdoor lighting system of the park (children's sector), in accordance with the design assignment. The area has been landscaped. After installing the outdoor lighting poles and laying the cable, the project documentation provides for the restoration of the disturbed landscaping: restoration of the asphalt concrete pavement of the sidewalk and the roadway area - 1517 m2, construction: asphalt concrete mix sand grade II on granite and BND 60/90 GOST 9128-2009 - 3,5 cm; hot sandy highly porous asphalt concrete mix grade II on granite and BND 60/90 GOST 9128-2009 - 4 cm; rubble granite M 1200 fr. 20 - 40 mm with gusseting GOST 8267-93 or ShchPS C5 according to GOST 25607-2009 - 15 cm; fine sand GOST 8736-93 * - 67,5 cm; stuffed walkway area - 3240 m2, construction: rubble granite brand 1200 fr. 5-10 mm GOST 8267-93 - 4 cm; crushed limestone brand 1200 fr. 20 - 40 mm GOST 8267-93 - 14 cm; fine sand GOST 8736-93 * - 20 cm; tile paving area - 1 m2, construction: paving slabs - 8 cm; cement-sand mixture - 5 cm; crushed stone grade 1200 fraction 20 - 40 mm GOST 8267-93 - 14 cm; sand of the 1st class GOST 8736-93 * - 20 cm; ground leveling - 4537 m2; demolition and restoration of lawns - 3808 m2 with the introduction of a vegetative layer of earth 0,20 m, in accordance with the acts.
Engineering equipment, utility networks, engineering activities
The power supply of the outdoor lighting system of the park (children's sector) is designed from the existing power point (TP 1055, Sraz=47 kVA), in accordance with the certificate, with the act of technological connection. Power supply reliability category – III. Electricity consumers are LED outdoor lighting fixtures of the SSU 20M-80-001Rb type (105 pcs.) and SSU 20M-160-001 Rb (11 pcs.). The designed power is 10,16 kW, increased by 3,11 kW. Installation of lamps is provided on supports of the Arts Square type (116 pcs.). Cable laying PVVG 4x35 (4467 m) - in the ground.
Organization of construction
The construction organization project provides for the reconstruction of the outdoor lighting of the park (children's sector). Inactive cables laid earlier are subject to burial, existing lighting poles are to be dismantled. The construction master plan was developed on a scale of 1:500 for the construction period, taking into account the work of the preparatory period. Temporary solid fencing of the construction site is provided in accordance with the requirement of GOST 23407-78. Entrances and exits of transport and construction equipment to the construction site are provided from the side of the avenue. At exits from the construction site, installations for cleaning the wheels of vehicles are provided. Intra-site passages are provided for on existing pavements. Laying of cable lines is planned to be carried out in an open way and by the HDD method. The mechanization of construction works is complex, using mechanisms, such as: excavator EO-2621 capacity. bucket 0,25 m3; installation of HDD Vermeer Navigator; miniloader MKSM-800; truck crane APTL-18; telescopic tower APT-12. The work will be carried out in two shifts. Materials are stored at the construction site with the minimum required stock. Provision of construction materials is provided from the enterprises of the city's construction industry. Household premises of builders, with a maximum number of employees of 36 people, are planned to be placed in specially equipped vehicles and on the basis of a contractor. The total duration of construction, taking into account the work of the preparatory period, is 2 months. Construction waste generated during construction is removed by a specialized organization to a licensed solid waste landfill. The requirements for the organization of the construction site, labor protection and hygiene of construction work, methods of construction work, methods of instrumental quality control of construction, labor safety measures, and environmental conditions are met in full. The use of materials and mechanization specified in the project is justified by calculations and conditions for the production of work.
