Project "Multifunctional complex» made on the basis of the customer’s assignment, in accordance with the requirements of STU for the design of a multifunctional complex, STU in terms of ensuring fire safety of a capital construction facility, SNiP 31-06-2009 “Public buildings and structures”, SNiP 2102-99* “Car parking”, SNiP 31-05-2003 "Public administrative buildings", SP2.3.6.1066-01 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for trade organizations and the turnover of food raw materials and food products in them, SP 4.13130.2009" Limiting the spread of fire at protected facilities " . The technical solutions adopted in the drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic, fire safety and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure the safe operation of the facility for human health, subject to the measures provided for in the drawings. Space-planning solutions of the complex contribute to its sustainability and fire safety. According to the urban zoning map urban district, this site is located in the zone of multifunctional public and business development - OD-1. The site has convenient both transport and pedestrian accessibility. The location of the complex does not violate the insolation of the surrounding residential buildings and provides the necessary fire and household gaps from the surrounding buildings. The terrain of the site is complex. The difference in elevations within the boundaries of the site is from 1,5 to 10,6 m. Plot according to SNiP 23.01-99* "Construction climatology" and SNiP 2.0107-85* "Loads and actions" are characterized by the following data: climatic region II D; design winter temperature of outside air - minus 240C; wind region - IV; snow region II; the estimated depth of soil freezing under the bare surface is 1,41 m; the estimated seismicity of the construction site is 7 points according to the seismic zoning crankcase, ORS - 97, SNiP II-7-81 * (2000) "Construction in seismic regions". The main characteristics according to STU in terms of ensuring fire safety of a capital construction object: degree of fire resistance - special (for the high-rise part) and I (for the stylobate part); constructive fire hazard class of the building - С0; functional fire hazard class - F3.1, F3.2, F2.1, F2.2, F5.2; degree of durability - II; the level of responsibility according to the STU for the design of a multifunctional complex - II (high) for the 1st and 3rd technological part and III (normal) for the 2nd technological part of the complex; reliability coefficient for the purpose of the building - not less than 1,1 for the 1st and 3rd technological parts and 1 for the 2nd technological part of the complex (parking lot). For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the clean floor of the supermarket trading floor is taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 71,00. Technologically, the complex is divided into 3 parts: 1st part (stylobate part between axes 1-21) - trade and exhibition block. The number of floors is variable - 4-9 floors. The main entrance is from the avenue; 2nd part (stylobate part between axes 15-27) - closed-type elevated car park for 264 parking spaces, incl. 26 for the disabled. Floors - 7 floors. Entrance is carried out from the avenue with elev. 0,000 and s streets with elevation +19,500; 3rd part (high-altitude part between axes 15-21) - rooms for circle studio classes (from elevation +22,800). Floors - 17 floors and 3 technical floors at elevation +51,300; +94,200 and elev.+97,200. Entrance is from the level of the operated roof of the stylobate part from elevation +22,780. Entrance to this roof level is carried out from the side of the street along the ramp from elevation +19,500. The total number of floors of all technological parts of the complex is - minimum 4 floors and maximum 26 floors (from elevation -1,200 to elevation +90,300, excluding two technical floors at elevation +34,500 - the stylobate part and elevation +97,200 - the high-altitude part). Structurally, the complex is divided into 5 sections: 1- I between axes 1-6; 2nd between axes 7-15; 3rd between axes 15-21 from mark 0,000 to mark +22,800; 4nd between axes 21-27; 5th between axes 15-21 with elevation +22,800. The operated roofs of the stylobate part (at elevation +22,780) are used for the passage of fire trucks, placement of 27 parking spaces and landscaping elements at elevation. +26,650, +30,550, +34,450, +39,000. At elev. 0,000 (1st and 2nd technological part of the complex) are designed:  an entrance group formed by an atrium with a group of escalators, a cafe hall, a pharmacy trading floor and an anchor tenant area; the main entrance to the car park and parking spaces for visitors to the trade and exhibition block; elevator hall with accommodation for 2 passenger panoramic elevators; supermarket premises with a trading floor, production, administrative, household and utility rooms; technical premises of the complex. At elevation +3,000 are planned: administrative and amenity premises of the supermarket; Technical buildings; Hand elevation +6,000 are designed: exhibition hall of innovative technologies and electronic equipment; entrance lobby; Technical buildings. Hand elevation +11,100 are designed: exhibition hall of household items, antique furniture and utensils; loading exhibition hall; administrative premises. At elevation +15,050 are planned: administrative and amenity premises; Hand elevation +18,000 are designed: exhibition hall of universal purpose; administrative and technical premises At elevations +22,800, +26,700, (the 1st technological part of the complex), administrative premises of the trade and exhibition block were designed. At elev. +19,500, +30,600, +34,500, +51,300, +94,200, +97,22 are located technical floors. At elevation +22,780 (operated roof) there are 79 parking spaces for cars. With elevation +22,800 between axes 15 - 21 (3rd technological part - section 5) of the projected multifunctional complex, a block for circle-studio classes was made, consisting of: premises for circle-studio work; catering establishments. In the entrance part (section 5) there is a lobby with an administrator's place, a cafeteria hall for 32 seats, a control room for engineering equipment, a fire post room, and a security room. At elevation +27,900 are planned: cafe hall for 100 seats with production facilities; administrative premises. At elevation +86,400 and elevation +90,300, a two-level rest of 100 places with production, utility and administrative premises was designed. +94,200 and +97,200 technical rooms are located. At elevation +99,900 there is a landing area for the transport and rescue cabin of a rescue helicopter. In the first and second technological parts of the complex (stylobate part) at elevation +3,000, a waste storage room is provided. All garbage is collected in plastic bags and stored in this room. The removal of household waste is carried out by specialized vehicles according to the planned-regular and vertebral system on a contractual basis according to the schedules. For the third technological part (high-rise part) of the complex, a specialized platform for placing containers and garbage collectors is equipped on the territory of the site. The container platform is equipped in accordance with SanPiN 42-128-4690-88. At elevations +27,900 and elevations +90,300 there are food waste chambers. All garbage is collected in plastic bags and stored in containers. Waste removal is carried out by specialized vehicles according to a planned-regular and vertebral system on a contractual basis according to the schedules. According to the calculation made by a specialized company for the production of elevators KONE, the complex provides for: 6 passenger elevators KONE VIRKA 735 with a cabin depth of 2,1 m and fire doors, with the ability to move fire departments; 2 KONE S1 panoramic elevators with a door width of 1m, providing the possibility of transporting people in wheelchairs; 2 freight elevators KONE ARVO 245, load capacity 1275kg; 6 KONE TRAVELMASTER escalators. According to the design assignment, the following were accepted: Exterior walls - monolithic, basaltic andesite block, post-and-beam system, structural glazing. Roof - flat operated. Drainage - internal organized. Partitions - GVL with mineral wool filling, sandwich panels. Windows - two-chamber double-glazed windows in PVC binding. Stained-glass windows - a single-chamber double-glazed window in aluminum cover. Engineering support of the building is accepted: Electricity, water supply, sewerage, heat supply and hot water supply - urban networks.
