General information. Main building.
The existing 6-story hospital building was built in 1981 according to standard design 254-1-2. The building's load-bearing structures—foundations, walls, and ceilings—are currently in satisfactory condition. The upcoming redevelopment of the premises in the scope of major repairs will not affect the condition of the load-bearing structures of the building. The foundations of the building (existing) are a reinforced concrete strip made of prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation slabs, the base of which is dense sand. External and internal walls (existing) existing walls 640 mm thick made of sand-lime brick grade SUR 150/1/35 GOST53095 on cement-sand mortar M125. The floors are reinforced concrete slabs with round voids. The windows are plastic with double glazing. External metal doors are insulated. Internal wooden doors in accordance with GOST 662988. Attic roof. Internal drainage, organized with the release of water through drainpipes onto the blind area. The facade of the entire building was insulated in accordance with modern energy saving requirements.

The clinic building is rectangular in plan, a three-story building with a basement and a technical floor. The building has geometric dimensions in axes A-B/1-13 - 18,86x60,0 m with a floor height of 3,3 m, basement depth 2,76 m in axes 1-7, basement depth 2,16 m in axes 7-13. The building has three porches: porch No. 1 along axis A, in axes 7-8; porch No. 2 along axis B, in axes 6-9; porch No. 3 along axis 1 in axes A-B. The architectural height according to SP 118.13330.2012 is 13,15 m. The functional fire hazard class of the building is F3.4; The fire resistance level of the building is II.
