In accordance with the materials presented to justify the investment, a complex of buildings for an infectious diseases hospital for 200 beds with a Center for the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases for 60 visits per day with a day hospital for 10 beds was designed. The building of the hospital of variable number of floors is 2 - 5-storey, complex in plan, consisting of 5 buildings, interconnected by passages. Building I (reception department) - two-story, with basement and technical floors, of complex shape in plan, dimensions in the axes 31,0 × 26,7 m. The roof is flat insulated with an internal drain. Building II (hospital) - 5-storey, with basement and technical floors, of complex shape in plan, dimensions in the axes 55,106 × 36,16 m. The roof is flat insulated with an internal drain. Building III (polyclinic, day hospital, diagnostics) - 3-storey, with basement and technical floors, of complex shape in plan, dimensions in the axes 37,8 × 25,5 m, 31,6 × 23,4 m. In the W axes .V/Sh.A-Sh.1/Sh.5 designed technical underground. The roof is flat insulated with an internal drain. Building IV (laboratories, laundry, disinfection department) - 2-storey, with a basement and technical floors, rectangular in plan, dimensions in the axes 43,2 × 21,6 m. The roof is flat insulated with an internal drain. Building V (catering unit) - 2-storey, with a basement, rectangular in plan, dimensions in the axes 33,0 × 21,1 m. Roof - flat insulated with an internal drain. insulation ISOVER VENTI, 200 mm thick and ventilated facade. The basement of the building is lined with ceramic granite slabs. Interior decoration of all rooms', the surface of the walls is plastered (puttied), then processed for subsequent painting, tiling or paneling. The floors and walls of the premises of the building provide a finish that allows wet cleaning and disinfection. When using linoleum coatings, the edges of the linoleum near the wall are brought under the plinth, which is tightly fixed between the wall and the floor. The seams of adjacent sheets of linoleum are carefully soldered. In places where sinks and other sanitary appliances are installed, as well as equipment whose operation is associated with possible moisture of walls and partitions, it is planned to finish the latter with glazed tiles to a height of 100 m from the floor and to a width of more than 1,6 cm from equipment and appliances on each side. The interiors are dominated by light colors. Corridor walls are provided with fender boards and corner protection. As a translucent window filling, double-glazed windows in separate bindings made of glass with a soft selective coating are used.
