Space-planning solutions

The space-planning decisions are based on the principles of technological interconnection of production and auxiliary buildings and structures, reduction of communications, ease of use, requirements of fire and sanitary norms of building design. The greenhouse is designed in a prefabricated prefabricated metal frame made of lightweight profiles; Enclosing structures are made of aluminum profiles. The planning grid of the supporting structures of the greenhouse is 8000 x 4500 mm, with a column height of 6000 mm, with a steel gutter on the roof of the greenhouse.

The construction of the greenhouse was caused by the need to use additional new areas for growing vegetables. The construction of a new greenhouse with an area of ​​1,38 hectares based on the structures and equipment of modern industrial cultivation facilities will allow the farm to strengthen its place in the vegetable market, using a professional team, as well as established production relations in the field of marketing and supply. The study area is located on the slopes of the layered-tier Volga Upland and is a flat-convex secondary moraine plain. Normative snow load (II snow district) - 0,15 kPa (15 kgf / m); design snow load - 15x1,4 = 21,0 kgf / m; standard wind pressure (II wind region) - 0,30 kPa (30 kgf / m); design wind pressure - 30 x 1,4 = 42,0 kgf / m; outside air temperature of the coldest day (k=0,92) - minus - 34°С; outside air temperature of the coldest five-day period (k = 0,92) - minus - 30 ° C; normative depth of seasonal freezing of soils - 1,5 m. The requirement to reduce the costs of construction and operation as much as possible by blocking structures, reducing the cost of communications while maintaining the efficiency and controllability of technological connections, and minimizing losses in engineering communications is being met. The projected greenhouse with an area of ​​1,38 hectares with axis 17 adjoins the existing block of greenhouses with an area of ​​2,21 hectares, which, in turn, adjoins the building of amenity and auxiliary premises, from which it leads directly to the connecting corridor of the existing block of greenhouses. Of the existing greenhouse facilities, the following buildings and structures will be used to meet the needs of the new greenhouse: an administrative building, an auxiliary services block, a canteen, a garage, warehouses and power supply buildings.

Production technology

The project provides for a technology for the production of vegetable products, taking into account, on the one hand, the requirements set forth in the design assignment and its annexes, and, on the other hand, ensuring the highest yield of products at the lowest cost. When choosing a technology for growing vegetable products, the following were taken into account: climatic features of the construction area; agrotechnical properties of vegetable products accepted for cultivation in cultivation facilities; design features of greenhouses and their engineering and technological equipment; accumulated experience in the subdivisions in the field of greenhouse construction and greenhouse vegetable growing; experience of the best commodity producers of vegetable products and equipment for their cultivation. The technical solutions for the construction and equipment of a greenhouse with an area of ​​1,38 hectares are adopted for the following technology: growing cucumbers in two crop rotations using the method of low-volume hydroponics on mineral wool or on a coconut substrate packed in film containers and placed on hanging metal trays with a polymer coating; placement of rows of plants in greenhouses in a span of 8 m, take 1 + 1 + 1 + 1, with a V-shaped suspension of plants to a trellis wire with a diameter of 4 mm; with a system of artificial supplementary lighting of plants. Cultivation of seedlings is provided in the existing greenhouses of the economy.

Engineering equipment systems

The project provides for systems of engineering and technological equipment for the greenhouse, allowing to obtain yields according to the adopted technology. The greenhouse ventilation system, operating in automatic and remote modes, is designed for its natural ventilation with outside air. Since the cultivation of vegetable products is also carried out in a relatively cold period of the year, the project uses horizontal and vertical screening systems to reduce heat loss through fences and to reduce air overheating during periods with excessive solar radiation. Heating of the greenhouse during the period of growing plants is provided from the control units with division into heating circuits. All systems operate automatically. A recirculation system is provided for air mixing in the upper zone of the greenhouse. Plants are watered daily from solution units located in the existing block of greenhouses at pl. 2,21 ha, in automatic mode. To drain rain and melt water from the roof of the greenhouse, a system of internal drains is provided. The greenhouse is provided with an electric lighting system. The main systems of engineering equipment of the greenhouse are automated.
